Dialmio call management software features, all in one plan with no tiers

Dialmio includes every feature listed here in its one plan: the call log, lead record, dialer, callback, message and owner report.

24 have a page of their own; everything else is listed further down, so nothing is tucked away.

What features should call management software include?

Call management software should cover eight things before any other comparison matters: logging every call to a record, capturing an outcome as the call ends, turning missed calls into owned callbacks, reminders that ring, dialing from the team’s own SIM, WhatsApp triggered by the outcome, lead assignment with per-employee permissions, and owner reports nobody has to write. Dialmio puts all eight into a single plan and adds imports from Excel and live Google Sheets, bulk messaging with a shared reply inbox, paid-client and renewal tracking, selfie attendance, caller ID drawn from your own records, and an interface in forty languages that each caller chooses individually. When even one of those pieces sits in a separate tool, somebody has to keep two systems aligned every single day, and that chore is reliably the first thing a busy calling team abandons.

In short

From teams using Dialmio

Which features do teams use most?

Another vendor quoted me five times this per user and still wanted extra for WhatsApp. I kept waiting for the catch, and the catch turned out to be that nothing sits behind a higher plan.
Prashant U.Proprietor, PuneAug 2026
The follow-up rings like an alarm, so it interrupts whatever I am doing, which is exactly what a follow-up should do. I have not missed a promised callback since April.
Rahul G.Field sales, PuneAug 2026
Site visits stopped falling through. Saturday morning my phone rings with the reminder, the buyer has already had his WhatsApp, and Sunday is not wasted.
Rajesh Y.Property consultant, PuneAug 2026

These are the words of customers who agreed to be quoted this way, sent over WhatsApp or said on a call, shortened only where they ran long. No star total or review count is published, because there is no public rating page to point at yet. Last checked September 2026.

Questions

What do people ask about Dialmio features?

What features does call management software need?

The floor is this: each call logged to a record, the outcome and a note captured as the call ends, unanswered calls converted into callbacks, reminders that ring, calling from the team’s own SIM, WhatsApp triggered by the outcome, assignment with rights set per employee, and reports the owner does not have to ask for. Dialmio carries all of that in one plan; when one piece sits in a separate tool, somebody spends every day keeping two systems in agreement, and that chore is the first thing a busy team drops.

Are all Dialmio features included, or are there tiers?

The dialer is free, and the CRM is one plan: everything on this page is in it, at ₹162 per user per month with yearly billing, tax extra. No greyed-out button, no charge that climbs with lead count, no metered calling, and a one-person business gets exactly what a fifty-person team gets.

Which features still work when there is no signal for data?

Anything tied to the call: ringing out, the in-call screen and the after-call sheet all run on the SIM with mobile data off. Pushing records up to the account and sending WhatsApp wait for a connection, and the queued items go through automatically when the phone reconnects.

Can I switch off modules my team does not need?

Yes. The modules a team sees are chosen per account, so a business with nothing to renew and no attendance to log never sees those screens at all.

How much does Dialmio cost?

Dialmio costs ₹162 per user each month on the yearly plan, or ₹249 on the three-month plan, taxes extra. Both billing periods include the whole product: call tracking, the auto dialer, the lead record, reminders, WhatsApp rules and the owner dashboard, with no cap on leads or calls. The first three days are free and no card is taken. Prices checked October 2026.

Is there a monthly plan?

The shortest term is three months, at ₹249 per user per month, and the yearly term drops that to ₹162, tax extra on both. A common route is to begin on the three-month term and change to yearly at the first renewal.

Are there per-call or per-lead charges?

None. The per-user monthly subscription is the entire software cost. Your mobile operator bills the calls as it always has, and your WhatsApp API provider bills the messages it sends; Dialmio takes no cut of either.

What is Dialmio?

Dialmio is a call management CRM: an Android app that turns each call a salesperson makes, picks up or misses into a lead record carrying an outcome, a note and a follow-up date, paired with a web dashboard where the owner watches the whole team as the day runs. Calls travel over the SIM inside each phone.

Is Dialmio a call tracker or a CRM?

Both, inside one record. A bare call tracker tells an owner how many calls were made. A CRM tells the team what was discussed and what comes next. Dialmio logs the call and pins the outcome, the note, the follow-up and the WhatsApp to the same lead, so tracking and selling share one screen instead of two tools.

How do new leads reach the right caller?

Connect Dialmio to wherever enquiries already land, a Google Sheet or a web address, and it keeps checking that source. New entries are imported every few minutes, labelled with the source, dealt out in turn among the callers you picked, and announced on the phone of whoever received them.

What does a call management CRM actually do?

A call management CRM connects the phone to the customer record. The record opens as a call starts, with the previous note visible; a sheet collects the result and the next step as the call ends; unanswered calls line up for a callback; and the owner gets call counts, talk minutes and outcomes per person with no report to chase. Dialmio does all four from a single Android app.

Do follow-up reminders actually ring?

Yes. A Dialmio follow-up takes over the screen and rings at the promised time, with the previous note showing, instead of sitting as a notification to be swiped away. The follow-ups due today can also be rung one after another as a list.

The things we decided not to build

Updated 16 September 2026

What people ask about what is included

Which features are on which plan?

All of them, on both CRM billing terms, and the dialer on its own is free. There is one CRM plan and nothing on this site sits behind a higher tier. That is a decision rather than a promotion: tiering a small-team product mostly produces customers who find out at renewal that the thing they depend on was an upsell.

Why is the list shorter than other products?

Because everything here has to shorten the distance between a call ending and its outcome being recorded, or make sure the next call actually happens. Anything failing both tests tends to make a caller day slower, and a slower caller day is what kills adoption in week three.

What is deliberately missing?

Predictive dialling, continuous location tracking of staff, and an iPhone app. The first is a consequence of running on a handset SIM, the second is a choice about what a team will tolerate, and the third is a platform limit. None is on a roadmap.

Can features be switched off for some users?

Permissions govern what somebody can see and do, which matters most around exporting and deleting. The features themselves are not sold separately, so nothing has to be enabled before it exists.

What this rests on

  • The single-plan structure and its contents are published on our pricing page and used consistently across this site.
  • The four absent capabilities are stated on every page where a reader might reasonably expect them.

What this page does not claim

  • This is our own feature index, describing what we chose to build. A team needing any of the four absent things needs a different category of product.

Worth quoting

  • The Dialmio dialer is free; every CRM feature is in one plan, with no tiers and no add-ons.
  • Dialmio does not offer predictive dialling, continuous staff tracking or an iPhone app.
  • Features are judged on whether they shorten the gap between a call ending and its outcome being recorded.
  • Permissions control what a user can see and do, particularly around export and delete.
  • A slower caller day is what kills adoption in week three.
