We make Dialmio, so read this as a vendor’s comparison, not a neutral review. Every competitor detail below was read from that vendor’s own website on 15 October 2026, and where a vendor does not publish something we say so rather than guess. Where another app is the better choice, we say that too.

How were these apps compared?

  • Price as listed publicly, per user per month on the yearly plan.
  • Free dialer: whether ordinary calling stays free after the trial.
  • Call recording, WhatsApp and iPhone support.
  • Who it suits best.

Dialmio

Best for: 2 to 50 callers who want calling, lead automation and WhatsApp in one app on their own SIMs. Strong at: free-forever dialer; IndiaMART and Facebook lead integration; round-robin; recording on the lead record; WhatsApp through WappConnect or any API provider; 40 app languages; selfie attendance; renewals. Weak at: no iPhone app; no predictive dialler or IVR; ₹3 a month above the lowest yearly price here.

RMDialer

Best for: teams with some callers on iPhones, or buyers who want an invoice in dollars. Strong at: free-forever dialer that needs no account; iPhone app on iOS 17 or newer without the call log; recording set up during training; Facebook, JustDial and IndiaMART leads assigned round robin; a yearly price of ₹159; a white-label reseller programme. Consider: compare support language and onboarding help for your region.

Telodial

Best for: Android teams that want the lowest published yearly price and support in Marathi. Strong at: one plan at ₹159 a user on yearly billing; dialing and the outcome sheet work without a data connection; round-robin by source; support in English, Hindi and Marathi six days a week. Consider: no call recording and no iPhone app, both stated on its own site; no free dialer, only a 3-day trial.

NLCaller

Best for: mixed Android and iPhone teams that also track paid clients and renewals. Strong at: Basic Dialer free forever with WhatsApp after every call; SIM choice per call on dual-SIM phones; auto dialer with 1 to 3 redials and a gap an admin can lock; conference calls; paid and due amounts with renewal reminders. Consider: ₹254 a user on the 3-month plan, the highest short-term rate here; recording is not mentioned on its site.

Telecalling Software

Best for: teams that want automatic WhatsApp after calls before paying anything. Strong at: a free tier with the dialer, list filters, call analysis and automatic WhatsApp after a call, with no card and no user limit; the team CRM at ₹161 a user on yearly billing. Consider: no recording and no inbound queue, and no iPhone app for callers.

Weo Dialer

Best for: teams that want recording and an iPhone app, and are happy to ask for a quote. Strong at: Android and iPhone apps; recordings filed under the right lead; click to call from Chrome; a call script builder; attendance rules per branch. Consider: the price is not published and is quoted on WhatsApp, so get it in writing before comparing.

AutoDial CRM

Best for: one person working an Excel list who wants nothing uploaded. Strong at: dials an imported or pasted sheet from your SIM on a set interval; retries no-answers automatically; works fully offline; exports the same sheet back with outcomes and notes in new columns. Consider: not a team CRM, so there is no manager view; heavy daily use is a subscription inside the app.

How should you choose an auto dialer app?

  1. Do any callers use iPhones?
  2. Do you need recorded audio, and does it work on your team’s phones?
  3. Where do your leads come from, and does the app pull them in automatically?
  4. How much of your follow-up happens on WhatsApp?
  5. Is it one person dialing a sheet, or a team that needs a shared record?
