In most small sales offices, leads live in four places: IndiaMART, a Facebook ad form, the website, and an Excel sheet someone updates on Fridays. The owner forwards them on WhatsApp, callers pick the easy ones, and the rest go cold.
Dialmio automates the boring part. Leads come in on their own, go to a caller in turn, get a WhatsApp introduction, and stay on a follow-up date until someone marks them won or lost.
What does the automation chain look like?
- Lead arrives from IndiaMART, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Sheets, your website form or the API.
- Assigned automatically to the next caller by round-robin.
- Caller rings from their own SIM with the auto dialer.
- Outcome in two taps after the call: interested, call back, not reachable and so on.
- WhatsApp goes automatically for chosen outcomes: brochure, price list, location.
- Follow-up alarm rings on the chosen day with the last note on screen.
- Missed calls become callbacks, not lost numbers.
Which lead sources connect?
| Source | How it reaches Dialmio |
|---|---|
| IndiaMART | Direct integration. See IndiaMART CRM integration |
| Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads | Direct integration. See Facebook Lead Ads |
| Google Sheets | New rows imported. See Google Sheets lead import |
| Website forms | Form posts to Dialmio |
| Any other system | Dialmio API |
| Old data | Excel/CSV upload |
How are leads assigned?
With round-robin distribution, new leads go to callers in turn. The owner stops being a human forwarding service, and every lead has one owner from minute one.
How are follow-ups automated?
- Every call needs a next step. The after-call sheet asks for a follow-up date.
- Reminders ring like an alarm, not a notification that gets swiped away.
- WhatsApp on outcome. “Send brochure” sends the brochure. See auto WhatsApp after call.
- Missed calls go to a callback queue with an optional auto-reply.
