In many offices, the owner is the lead distribution system: a WhatsApp forward to whoever seems free. When the owner is in a meeting, leads wait. When one caller is faster at grabbing, others starve.
Round-robin in Dialmio removes the owner from that loop. Each new lead goes to the next caller in turn, the moment it arrives.
How does it work?
- A lead arrives from IndiaMART, Facebook, a Google Sheet, a form or the API.
- Dialmio assigns it to the next caller in the rotation.
- The lead appears on that caller’s phone, ready to dial.
- The next lead goes to the next caller, and so on.
Why it matters
| Without round-robin | With round-robin |
|---|---|
| Leads wait for the owner to forward | Assigned the moment they arrive |
| Fast grabbers get the best leads | Fair share for everyone |
| Two people call the same lead | One owner per lead |
| Nobody knows whose lead it is | Owner visible on the record |
Reassigning leads
The owner can move any lead, or all of a caller’s leads, to someone else. Call history, notes and recordings move with the lead.
Part of lead automation
Round-robin is one step in Dialmio’s lead automation: import, assign, dial, log, WhatsApp, follow up.
