Best call management software in India?
The best call management software in India is decided less by the brand than by three questions: whether calls go out on the SIM already in each phone, whether the customer record opens while the phone rings, and whether the outcome is filed in two taps as the call ends. Every app on this list calls on the handset SIM, so the real differences sit elsewhere. RMDialer and Telodial publish the lowest yearly rate here at one hundred and fifty-nine rupees a user, Telecalling Software one hundred and sixty-one, and Dialmio and NLCaller one hundred and sixty-two, all plus tax. RMDialer, NLCaller and Weo Dialer add an iPhone app, which Dialmio does not have. RMDialer and Weo Dialer list call recording, as Dialmio does on supported Android phones, while Telodial and Telecalling Software say plainly that they do not record. AutoDial CRM is the odd one out: a free-to-start app for one person working an Excel list offline. Prices read on each vendor site on 15 October 2026.
In short
- Published price per caller per year, with add-ons counted rather than the headline figure alone
- Whether calls run on the SIM in the phone or over rented virtual numbers, which decides answer rates in India
- Whether incoming and missed calls reach the record, or only the calls launched from inside the app
- How many taps an outcome costs once a call finishes, because that alone decides whether the reports are real
How the list was judged
Which factors settle this choice?
- Published price per caller per year, with add-ons counted rather than the headline figure alone.
- Whether calls run on the SIM in the phone or over rented virtual numbers, which decides answer rates in India.
- Whether incoming and missed calls reach the record, or only the calls launched from inside the app.
- How many taps an outcome costs once a call finishes, because that alone decides whether the reports are real.
- Whether WhatsApp, reporting and lead management are in the plan or sold on top of it.
- What the vendor declines to do, since a product that claims everything has edges you find after paying.
The ranking
- 1
Dialmio
this is usStrongest at: a team of two to fifty who want every call, missed call and callback on one record without a telephony bill
The dialer is free and the CRM is one plan: call log CRM, employee call tracking, auto dialer, call recording on supported phones, callback queue, reminders, WhatsApp and the owner dashboard, on the SIM already in each phone. Three rupees a month above the lowest price here, and the honest limits are one call at a time per SIM and no iPhone app.
₹162 per user per month with yearly billing, whole product included
- 2
RMDialer
Strongest at: a team with some callers on iPhones, or a buyer who wants an invoice in dollars
Handset dialing with the record attached, a dialer free forever, an iPhone app with every feature except the call log, and call recording set up during training. It publishes a rate for buyers outside India and shares the lowest yearly price on this list.
₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan (₹1,908 a year) or ₹249 on the 3-month plan, plus taxes
Side by side with Dialmio - 3
Telodial
Strongest at: an Android team that wants the lowest published yearly price and support in Marathi
One plan at ₹159 a user on yearly billing with every feature inside it, dialing and the outcome sheet that keep working without a data connection, and support in English, Hindi and Marathi six days a week. It does not record calls and has no iPhone app, and says both on its own pages.
₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan (₹1,908 a year) or ₹249 on the 3-month plan, plus taxes
- 4
NLCaller
Strongest at: a mixed Android and iPhone team that also tracks paid clients and renewals
A Basic Dialer free forever, then ₹162 a user on the yearly plan with an iPhone app, a SIM choice per call on dual-SIM phones, conference calls and dialing from a computer. Paid and due amounts and renewal reminders sit beside the leads.
₹162 per user per month on the yearly plan (₹1,944 a year) or ₹254 on the 3-month plan, plus GST
- 5
Telecalling Software
Strongest at: a team that wants automatic WhatsApp after calls before paying anything
Its free tier goes further than most: the dialer, list filters, call analysis and automatic WhatsApp after a call cost nothing. The team CRM is ₹161 a user on yearly billing. No recording, and no iPhone app for callers.
₹161 per user per month on the yearly plan (₹1,932 a year) or ₹251 on the 3-month plan, plus GST
- 6
Weo Dialer
Strongest at: a team that wants recording and an iPhone app, and is happy to ask for a quote
Android and iPhone apps, recordings filed under the right lead, click to call from Chrome and a call script builder. The price is not published; it is quoted per user on WhatsApp, so get the figure in writing before comparing.
Not published; the vendor quotes a per-user price on WhatsApp
- 7
AutoDial CRM
Strongest at: one person working an Excel list who wants nothing uploaded
Not a team CRM. It dials an imported or pasted sheet from your SIM, retries the numbers that did not answer, and hands the sheet back with outcomes in new columns, fully offline with the data kept on the phone. Free to start, with heavy daily use on a subscription inside the app.

Which three categories look identical in an advertisement?
Almost every product on this page will describe itself as call management software, and the phrase covers three genuinely different purchases. A call tracker reads the call log on a phone and reports how much calling happened. A call management CRM puts a customer record inside the dialer so the outcome of each call is captured as it ends. Cloud telephony replaces the phone line itself with rented numbers, menus and routing.
The cheapest of the three is the tracker and the most expensive is usually the telephony, but price is the wrong axis to choose on. A tracker will never return a missed call or keep a promised callback, because it was never built to. Telephony will never make an ordinary mobile number the thing a customer sees, because rented numbers are the point of it. Working out which job you are buying takes ten minutes and saves most of the disappointment in this category.
What actually decides answer rates in India?
Any comparison that ignores the number on the customer screen is incomplete. Virtual numbers are shared infrastructure carrying banks, delivery services and scam operations alike, and caller identification apps score the whole range on how people react to it. An ordinary mobile number belongs to one person, gets saved in a phone book, and gets rung back.
The practical consequence is that a dialer placing twice as many calls to people who never pick up is not twice as fast at anything. Teams moving from rented numbers back to their own SIMs routinely describe pickup rates rising by half or more within a month. That single effect usually outweighs any feature difference between the SIM based products on this list.
In fairness
When is Dialmio the wrong pick?
Three cases in which another tool on this list, or one not on it, will do the job better.
- A contact centre of fifty or more seats working cold lists, where dialing several lines at once over virtual numbers really does yield more conversations an hour than one SIM per person.
- A business whose main need is inbound routing: an advertised number with an IVR menu, queues and hold music is cloud telephony work, and Dialmio does not do it.
- A team whose callers carry iPhones. Dialmio replaces the phone dialer, which only Android allows, so there is no iPhone app.
From teams using Dialmio
What do owners who weighed the same options say?
My worry was the team refusing yet another app. By day three nobody had said a word about it, and silence after a system change is the highest praise a team gives.
No virtual number to rent, no per-minute bill, nothing to explain to the accountant. The calls cost what they always cost. The software cost is the whole cost.
The record opens when the phone rings. My newest caller knew the customer had asked for a 2 BHK on the third floor before she said hello.
These are the words of customers who agreed to be quoted this way, sent over WhatsApp or said on a call, shortened only where they ran long. No star total or review count is published, because there is no public rating page to point at yet. Last checked September 2026.
Questions
What do buyers ask before shortlisting?
Which call management software is cheapest in India?
RMDialer and Telodial publish the lowest yearly rate on this list, ₹159 a user per month, then Telecalling Software at ₹161 and Dialmio and NLCaller at ₹162, all plus tax. AutoDial CRM is free to start for one person. Several of these keep a dialer free forever, so compare the yearly total of the team CRM, which is the part every vendor charges for.
What is the difference between call management software and cloud telephony?
Cloud telephony replaces the phone line: calls travel over the internet from rented numbers, and you get IVR menus, queues and routing. Call management software sits on ordinary phones and organises the calls a team already makes on its own SIMs. Inbound-heavy businesses need the first; outbound teams calling their own enquiries usually need the second.
Do I need call recording?
Fewer businesses need it than assume they do. Dialmio records calls on supported Android phones, RMDialer lists recording set up during training and Weo Dialer files recordings under the lead, while Telodial and Telecalling Software state that they do not record. If what you actually review is the outcome, the note and whether the follow-up happened, then a product logging those things reliably matters more than the audio, which most owners never find time to play.
How many callers before this kind of software is worth it?
Two or three. A single person working a short list keeps the whole pipeline in their head and needs nothing. Add a colleague and three faults appear within a fortnight: one customer gets rung twice, a callback promised by one person is known only to that person, and nobody can separate a weak week of leads from a weak week of effort. Removing those three is the entire purpose of this category.
Can I move my data between these tools?
Almost always, through an Excel or CSV export from the old tool and an import into the new one. What rarely moves is call history and recordings, so expect to keep the old account readable for a while or export its reports before closing it.
Are these prices current?
Every figure on this page was read on the vendor’s own site on 15 October 2026. Weo Dialer does not publish a price and quotes it on WhatsApp. Prices in this category move, and several vendors show different figures for monthly, quarterly and annual billing, so confirm before you pay.
What is Dialmio?
Dialmio is a call management CRM: an Android app that turns each call a salesperson makes, picks up or misses into a lead record carrying an outcome, a note and a follow-up date, paired with a web dashboard where the owner watches the whole team as the day runs. Calls travel over the SIM inside each phone.
What happens to my data when the subscription ends?
Nothing is erased over a lapsed payment. Every lead, call and note stays in the account, and only the calling features pause until a plan is active again, so renewing late costs no history.
Are there per-call or per-lead charges?
None. The per-user monthly subscription is the entire software cost. Your mobile operator bills the calls as it always has, and your WhatsApp API provider bills the messages it sends; Dialmio takes no cut of either.
Is Dialmio a call tracker or a CRM?
Both, inside one record. A bare call tracker tells an owner how many calls were made. A CRM tells the team what was discussed and what comes next. Dialmio logs the call and pins the outcome, the note, the follow-up and the WhatsApp to the same lead, so tracking and selling share one screen instead of two tools.
Is there a monthly plan?
The shortest term is three months, at ₹249 per user per month, and the yearly term drops that to ₹162, tax extra on both. A common route is to begin on the three-month term and change to yearly at the first renewal.
Reading a shortlist that its own author appears on
Updated 15 September 2026
Three shapes of product, and what each leaves undone
Everything sold in this market is one of three things. Most of the confusion when buying comes from weighing one shape against another rather than against its own kind.
| Shape | What it hands you | What you still do yourself |
|---|---|---|
| Call tracker | Volume, duration and who rang whom | Hold the pipeline somewhere else, usually a sheet |
| Dialer with the record inside it | Call, customer, outcome and next step in one place | Nothing, provided the follow-up genuinely rings |
| Cloud contact centre | Routing, queues, recording, predictive dialing | Rent numbers, and pay per minute for the talking |
Prices on the shortlist above came from each vendor’s own published pages, with the reading date printed beside the list.
Working out which shape your problem needs
The owner cannot tell whether anybody is on the phone.
A tracker answers that, for less. It is a visibility question with a cheap answer, and buying a full record system to settle it means paying for a pipeline nobody asked for.
Calls happen; missed calls and callbacks vanish.
A dialer holding the record. Nothing is wrong with the calling. What is missing is that a returned call and a promise made on it never became something the phone brings back at the right hour.
Fifty agents, bought lists, recorded audio required.
A cloud contact centre. Handset apps cannot record on every phone, cannot open several lines per agent and are not built for that floor. Every entry above, ours included, is the wrong purchase there.
What buyers search before they choose
What does call management software actually do?
It keeps every call, incoming, outgoing and missed, attached to the customer it belongs to, with an outcome and a next step. The dialing is the visible part. The value is that nothing that happened on the phone is left living only in somebody memory by the evening.
What should call management software cost per user in India?
Published per-user rates run roughly from 150 rupees a month to about 900, and the spread is mostly recording, routing and reporting depth rather than the calling itself. Below that range you are usually looking at a tracker or a capped free tier; above it you should be able to name exactly what the extra buys.
Do I need cloud telephony for this?
Only for what telephony uniquely provides: recorded audio, routing, IVR menus, numbers in places you have no office, several lines per agent. If none of those is the reason you are shopping, telephony adds a per-minute bill and an unfamiliar number to a problem that did not require either.
What is worth asking before signing a year?
The renewal rate rather than the joining rate, whether WhatsApp sits in the plan or above it, what happens if the headcount drops in March, and precisely how you would take your data out. Ask all four of everybody on this list, us included.
Worth quoting
- Call management tools in India publish per-user rates from roughly 150 to 900 rupees a month.
- The price spread is mostly recording, routing and reporting depth rather than the calling.
- Cloud telephony earns its per-minute cost only when you need recording, routing or numbers in other places.
- A call tracker tells you how much calling happened; it does not tell you what was said or what happens next.
- The four questions for any vendor: renewal rate, whether WhatsApp is included, what happens if the team shrinks, and how to export.
How this list is put together
- Every price above was read from that vendor’s own published pricing page, with the reading date printed alongside.
- Each entry carries the one job it is genuinely the best answer for, including entries cheaper than ours and entries that start free.
- Nothing appears here through any commercial arrangement. There are no affiliate links on this site and nobody has paid for a position.
What this page does not claim
- We make Dialmio, which sits at the top of this list. That is the strongest possible reason to read the entries beneath it.
- We have not run every listed tool as a paying customer across a full quarter, and the entries describe what each vendor publishes.
- This list addresses teams of roughly two to fifty callers. Above that the honest answer is a contact centre platform none of these apps competes with.
