Missed calls disappear into a phone
The number sits in one handset log, unrecognised, and is rung back only if that person remembers and has time.
Missed calls land in a shared queue with a name, a time and a caller responsible.
Missed calls and callbacks
A missed call at 7 pm is a customer somebody else will answer at 7:05.
Dialmio turns every missed call into a callback with a name, a time and an owner, and sends a WhatsApp while the customer waits.
Three days free, nothing locked, no card.
Dialmio handles missed calls by turning each one into a callback entry the moment it happens, showing the customer name when the number is known, the time, and which caller it rang, and keeping it on a queue until somebody returns the call and files the outcome from the after-call sheet. A rule can send a WhatsApp such as sorry we missed you, we will call back within the hour, from the business’s own WhatsApp account, within quiet hours and with a cooldown so a customer who rings three times receives one message. Callbacks a customer asks for on a call are set as reminders that ring at the agreed time with the last note on screen. The owner dashboard shows how many missed calls each caller returned, how long the callback took, and which ones are still waiting, so a lunch hour that silently lost a third of incoming calls becomes visible the same day.

Why teams switch
The number sits in one handset log, unrecognised, and is rung back only if that person remembers and has time.
Missed calls land in a shared queue with a name, a time and a caller responsible.
A prospect who rings and gets no answer rings the next business on the list within minutes.
A WhatsApp goes out on the miss, so the customer knows a callback is coming.
Owners routinely discover they miss a quarter of incoming calls at lunch, and only when a customer complains.
Missed, returned and waiting are three columns on the dashboard, per hour and per caller.
How it works
The instant a business call goes unanswered, Dialmio files it as a callback: the lead name if the number is known, the time, and the caller it rang. If a rule is set, a WhatsApp goes out from the business account telling the customer when to expect the return call.
Whoever owns the queue works it as a list. Each callback opens with the lead thread on screen, and the after-call sheet files the outcome exactly like any other call. An unknown number becomes a lead from the same sheet with the source marked Incoming.
The dashboard shows missed, returned and still-waiting per caller and per hour of the day, and how long callbacks took. The lunch-hour gap most businesses never knew they had shows up on the first afternoon.
What you get
₹162 per user a month paid yearly, ₹249 paid quarterly, plus taxes. Both plans include every feature on this site.
From teams using Dialmio
Customers save the number and ring it back a month later, and it rings on the person who spoke to them. That never worked with the rented line.
A missed call at 7 pm is a callback at 10 am with the customer name on it. Before, it was a number nobody recognised and nobody rang.
The chat sitting next to the call history is the screen I live on. No more wondering if somebody already replied to him.
These are the words of customers who agreed to be quoted this way, sent over WhatsApp or said on a call, shortened only where they ran long. No star total or review count is published, because there is no public rating page to point at yet. Last checked September 2026.

A cooldown per contact. Once a missed-call message has gone to a number, the rule will not fire again for that person until the cooldown passes, however many times they ring.
Yes. A callback can be moved to another caller from the dashboard or the app, with the lead thread attached, so the person returning it knows the history.
Yes. A call missed at 9 pm sits in the queue with the time it came in, and the WhatsApp rule can carry a different message outside hours, such as we open at ten and will call you first.
Yes. Missed calls are shown per hour of the day, which is how most owners discover the lunch gap and fix it by making one person’s own that hour.
No. A missed call service is a marketing number people ring and hang up on to register interest. Dialmio tracks the calls your team genuinely missed and makes sure they are returned, which is a different job.
Yes. A rule for missed calls can send a message such as "Sorry we missed you, we will call back within the hour" from your own WhatsApp Business account, within quiet hours and with a cooldown so a customer who rings three times gets one message.
Yes. An unknown number that is missed appears in the queue by number, and the person returning the call can turn it into a lead from the after-call sheet, with the source recorded as Incoming.
Every call and note is stored in the company account rather than the handset, so signing in on a replacement phone brings it all back. When a caller leaves, remove their access and reassign their leads to a colleague; every call and note travels with the lead.
The call is logged like any other, and the caller can convert it into a lead from the after-call sheet with one tap, source marked Incoming. A number that rings twice becomes one record with two calls on it, never two records.
Both, inside one record. A bare call tracker tells an owner how many calls were made. A CRM tells the team what was discussed and what comes next. Dialmio logs the call and pins the outcome, the note, the follow-up and the WhatsApp to the same lead, so tracking and selling share one screen instead of two tools.
Dialmio logs that the call happened, how long it lasted, which lead it belonged to, the outcome chosen and the note typed. Audio capture is blocked for third-party apps on many Android phones, so it is not sold as a headline feature, and a vendor promising it on every handset deserves a pointed question.

A missed call is a customer who already wanted to talk. No advertising was needed to make them ring; they found the number and dialed it. Losing that call is the most expensive way a small business loses a lead, and it is also the most invisible, because the phone log records the miss in one handset and nowhere else. Most owners have no idea what share of incoming calls their team misses, and the honest figure at lunchtime is often a quarter or more.
The first fix is a shared queue. Once a missed call becomes an entry that anybody on the team can see and return, the miss on one phone is no longer stranded there. The second is a message in the meantime: a WhatsApp saying a callback is coming, sent automatically within a minute, keeps the customer from ringing the next business. The third is measurement, because a miss rate that is visible on a dashboard per hour and per caller gets fixed by the team without a meeting.
The callback the customer asks for during a call is the other half. A caller who says I will ring you Thursday after four has made a promise, and a notification that can be swiped away is not a promise-keeping mechanism. In Dialmio that callback rings full screen at four on Thursday with the last note showing, and today callbacks can be dialed as a list first thing.
None of this needs a cloud number or an IVR. The calls come to the ordinary mobile numbers the business already advertises; Dialmio simply notices the miss, files it, messages the customer, and keeps the entry alive until somebody returns it. For a team of two to fifty that is the whole requirement.
