Most small teams send bulk WhatsApp the hard way: one person copy-pastes the same offer to 200 numbers from their own phone, or a broadcast list on normal WhatsApp reaches only the people who saved your number. Either way, nobody knows who read it, and nobody calls back the people who replied.

Dialmio lets you send bulk WhatsApp from your mobile or web CRM, to a lead list you choose, through the official WhatsApp Business API. Connect WappConnect or your own provider’s API once, and every campaign, reply and follow-up call stays on the same lead record.

How does bulk WhatsApp work in Dialmio?

  1. Connect your WhatsApp API. Use WappConnect (recommended; our team sets it up) or any WhatsApp Business API provider. You do this once.
  2. Pick the leads. Filter by lead status, list, source or any field: “all quote-sent leads from this month”, “every paid client due for renewal”.
  3. Choose an approved template. Text, with your offer, name personalisation and a button or link.
  4. Send. From the phone or the web CRM.
  5. Handle replies. Replies arrive in the shared inbox against each lead. The caller sees them and can call back in one tap.

Why send bulk WhatsApp from a call management CRM?

Because the message and the call work together.

  • Call first, WhatsApp second. Customer didn’t pick up? The campaign reaches them, and the reply puts them back in the caller’s queue.
  • WhatsApp first, call second. Send an offer to old enquiries, then call only the ones who replied. Your callers spend the day on warm conversations.
  • One record. Calls, notes, follow-ups and WhatsApp messages sit on the same lead, so nobody asks “did we already message this person?”

What can teams send?

How do you set it up with WappConnect?

WappConnect is the WhatsApp Business API platform run by Smart Campaign Solution, the team behind Dialmio. To go live you need:

  • A Facebook Business Manager for your company, verified with Meta.
  • A phone number that is not active on the normal WhatsApp app.
  • Your message templates, approved by Meta.

Our team helps with each step on a call or WhatsApp, in English, Hindi or Marathi. Once the API is live, connecting it to Dialmio is a one-time setting.

Using another provider? Share your provider’s API details with us and we will help connect it to Dialmio.

What does it cost?

  • Dialmio: the dialer is free forever; the CRM, including bulk WhatsApp campaigns and the shared inbox, is ₹162 per user per month on the yearly plan or ₹249 on the three-month plan, taxes extra.
  • WhatsApp messages: charged by Meta per message category and billed through your API provider. Dialmio does not add a per-message fee.

How do you avoid getting blocked?

  • Message people who enquired or are your customers.
  • Use approved templates, and keep the first message useful, not salesy.
  • Make it easy to opt out, and respect it.
  • Start with smaller batches and grow.
