To download and set up the Dialmio call management app, load it onto an Android phone running version 8 or later, sign in with the mobile number that caller uses, confirm the one-time code, and accept the prompt to make Dialmio the default dialer, at which point a three-day trial with the whole product unlocked begins without a card. Making it the dialer is the step that matters: it is what brings the customer thread up on incoming calls and puts the after-call sheet on every business call, not only the ones begun from a list. Existing leads come in through an Excel or CSV import, a pasted column of numbers, or a Google Sheet that keeps filling. Owners and managers install nothing; assignment, permissions and reports live in a browser dashboard. A team that loads its list one evening is normally calling through Dialmio the following morning.

Owner side
On the dashboard you add each person who will be calling, decide what they may do, and connect wherever your enquiries land. By the time a caller signs in on the phone, there is already work waiting in their queue.
Existing leads
Import a spreadsheet once, or attach a Google Sheet so that new rows keep flowing in and assigning themselves. A number that already exists joins its record instead of creating a second one.

A fifteen-minute WhatsApp video call or screen share built around your own leads if you have them. Two or three of your real stages are created, a sample of your list is imported, and one live call goes through the app so you watch the full loop, finishing on the owner dashboard.
Usually, once WhatsApp and reporting are added up. Published Indian prices for this kind of tool sit anywhere from about 100 to 800 rupees per user per month, and a few charge WhatsApp separately or reserve reports for a dearer plan. Start with two people. Two can change how they work in an afternoon and tell you honestly what is awkward. Eight cannot, and a rollout that asks everybody to change together usually ends with the spreadsheet still open beside it.
Check again on day five. Day one is enthusiasm. What matters is whether outcomes are still being filed on Friday afternoon, because that is the behaviour every report and every follow-up depends on.
Test the reminders on those. Some Android makers stop background apps to save battery, which silently prevents reminders firing. Better to find that in a trial than in month two when a customer has been forgotten.
Any phone running Android 8 or newer, with the SIM your team already calls from, plus your current lead list as an Excel or CSV file if there is one. Nothing to rent, no telephony contract, and the trial asks for no card.
