Telecallers dial from a spreadsheet
Twenty seconds hunting for the next number, and a remark column filled from memory at six in the evening.
The next lead rings from the list, and the outcome is filed before the following call starts.
By the fortieth call of the day, a telecaller working from a spreadsheet is guessing.
Dialmio is telecalling CRM software that dials leads through the SIM in each phone and files the outcome, note and follow-up of every call.

A telecalling CRM is software that gives each telecaller a list of leads to call, dials them, and records what happened on every call, and Dialmio does this from an Android app that replaces the phone dialer, so every call rides on the SIM the telecaller already has and every outcome lands on the lead record. The auto dialer works a list number by number and pauses after each call so the caller can pick a status, type a note and set a follow-up in two taps. Missed calls join a callback queue, reminders ring at the promised time, and WhatsApp can go out on an outcome from the business WhatsApp Business API account. The owner watches calls, talk time and outcomes per telecaller on a web dashboard without anyone writing an evening report. Dialmio costs ₹162 per user per month on the yearly plan, and calls cost only what the mobile plan already charges.

Why teams switch
Twenty seconds hunting for the next number, and a remark column filled from memory at six in the evening.
The next lead rings from the list, and the outcome is filed before the following call starts.
A lead who asked for a call on Thursday is rung on Monday, or never, and nobody can see which.
The follow-up is set on the call itself and rings full screen at the promised hour.
Call counts arrive as a WhatsApp message written by the person being measured.
Calls, talk time and outcomes per telecaller appear on the dashboard as the calls happen.
How it works
Each telecaller installs Dialmio on the Android phone they already use and sets it as the dialer. On a dual-SIM handset the business SIM is chosen once, and leads imported from Excel or a live Google Sheet are waiting to be dialed.
The auto dialer rings each lead in turn. When a call ends, the sheet takes the status, a note and the next follow-up, and the next number waits until the sheet is closed, so the record is written while the conversation is still fresh.
Follow-ups set on calls ring at the agreed time and collect in one list per telecaller, marked done or pending, so a promised callback does not slip between shifts or disappear when somebody is on leave.
What you get
₹162 per user a month paid yearly, ₹249 paid quarterly, plus taxes. Both plans include every feature on this site.
From teams using Dialmio
My four callers use the same handsets they always did. Nothing was bought, nothing was ported, and by Tuesday the call sheet I used to chase every evening was just there.
We rented a cloud number for a year. People stopped answering because it looked like a call centre. Back on our own SIMs the pickup rate nearly doubled in a month.
The price list goes out on WhatsApp the moment the call ends, because the Interested status is set to send it. My callers used to promise it and forget it by the next call.
These are the words of customers who agreed to be quoted this way, sent over WhatsApp or said on a call, shortened only where they ran long. No star total or review count is published, because there is no public rating page to point at yet. Last checked September 2026.

Questions
Telecalling teams in India use one of three setups: a spreadsheet beside the phone dialer, a telecalling CRM that runs on the phones the team already has, or cloud telephony with virtual numbers for large floors. Dialmio is the second kind, an Android app that replaces the dialer and files every call against a lead.
In telecalling, the CRM is the record behind each lead: who called, when, what was said and what happens next. A telecalling CRM captures that at the end of every call, so the pipeline stays current without a separate update later in the day.
Yes. Dialmio is a telecalling CRM that dials leads through the SIM in each Android phone, captures the outcome, note and follow-up in two taps after each call, and reports calls and talk time per telecaller to the owner.
For two to fifty telecallers working their own enquiries on Android phones, Dialmio is a strong fit: one plan at ₹162 per user per month on yearly billing, with the dialer, callbacks, reminders, WhatsApp and reports included. A large cold-calling floor that needs predictive dialing is better served by cloud telephony.
Not with Dialmio. Calls go out on the SIM already in each phone, so customers see an ordinary mobile number they can save and ring back, and there is no per-minute telephony bill.
Yes. Each telecaller picks the app language from 40 options, Hindi and Marathi among them, and notes can be typed in any language.
Yes. Once imported, the file behaves like any list in the app: ring straight through it, divide it among the team, or narrow it to a single stage before you press start.
No. The dialer places ordinary mobile calls on the plan the phone is already on, so the calling cost is the same as dialing by hand.
Dialmio is a call management CRM: an Android app that turns each call a salesperson makes, picks up or misses into a lead record carrying an outcome, a note and a follow-up date, paired with a web dashboard where the owner watches the whole team as the day runs. Calls travel over the SIM inside each phone.
How many lines each one opens. An auto dialer rings one number per caller and moves on once that caller is free, so whoever answers finds a person on the line. A predictive dialer opens several lines per agent and tolerates answered calls that meet silence, which only pays off on a large floor and which regulators limit for that reason.
Both, inside one record. A bare call tracker tells an owner how many calls were made. A CRM tells the team what was discussed and what comes next. Dialmio logs the call and pins the outcome, the note, the follow-up and the WhatsApp to the same lead, so tracking and selling share one screen instead of two tools.
A call management CRM connects the phone to the customer record. The record opens as a call starts, with the previous note visible; a sheet collects the result and the next step as the call ends; unanswered calls line up for a callback; and the owner gets call counts, talk minutes and outcomes per person with no report to chase. Dialmio does all four from a single Android app.

Telecalling is where most Indian sales teams actually meet their customers: a list of enquiries, a phone and a target for the day. The software question is not which product has the longest feature list. It is whether each call leaves a usable record behind it without asking the telecaller to stop and type one up later.
Start with where the calls run. A telecalling CRM that sits on the phone uses the SIM already in the handset, which keeps a familiar number on the customer screen and keeps the calling cost on the existing mobile plan. Cloud telephony rents virtual numbers and bills by the minute, which suits a large floor running cold lists but adds cost and lowers pickup for a small team calling its own enquiries.
Then look at the end of each call. Dialmio opens an outcome sheet the moment a call ends, with your own statuses, a note and the next follow-up, and the auto dialer waits until that sheet is closed. That one design choice is what keeps a pipeline honest at the fortieth call of the day.
Finally, check what the owner sees and what it costs. Calls, talk time and outcomes per telecaller should reach a dashboard without an evening report, and the price should not rise with minutes or leads. Dialmio is one plan with everything included, and the honest limit is one call at a time per SIM, which fits teams of two to fifty rather than a large outbound floor.
