“Best CRM” depends on how your business sells. This list is for Indian small businesses that sell mainly on the phone and WhatsApp. We make Dialmio, so read this as a vendor’s view. We have not listed prices for general CRMs because their plans change often; check each vendor’s pricing page.

How should a small business choose a CRM?
- Where do 80% of your sales conversations happen: phone, WhatsApp, email or in person?
- Will your team use it on a phone or a laptop?
- Does it pull leads in from IndiaMART, Facebook or your website automatically?
- Can a new person learn it in one day?
- What is the total cost per user per year, including add-ons?
