Workflows
Which 10 trades have their own Dialmio workflow?
| Trade | Where calls get lost | Stages it usually runs |
|---|---|---|
| Property teams | A buyer who fills three portal forms speaks to whoever rings first. | New enquiry, Contacted, Site visit booked, Visited, Loan in process, Negotiating, Booked, Dropped |
| Coaching institutes | Admission season is eight weeks long and decided in the evenings. | Enquiry, Counselled, Demo booked, Demo attended, Fee discussed, Admitted, Not interested |
| Insurance advisors | A lapsed policy is a customer somebody else renewed. | Enquiry, Needs assessed, Quote shared, Documents pending, Policy issued, Renewal due, Lapsed |
| Loan DSAs | A file stalled on one missing document is a commission nobody collects. | Enquiry, Eligibility checked, Documents pending, Logged in with bank, Sanctioned, Disbursed, Rejected |
| Clinics and hospitals | The calls a clinic misses are the appointments it never knew it lost. | Enquiry, Appointment booked, Visited, Report pending, Follow-up due, Package discussed, Inactive |
| Vehicle dealerships | A test drive that never gets booked is a sale that never happens. | Enquiry, Test drive booked, Test drive done, Finance in progress, Booked, Delivered, Service due, Lost |
| Agencies and IT firms | A proposal sent in March and never chased is a quarter of revenue lost. | Enquiry, Discovery call, Proposal sent, Negotiating, Won, Onboarding, Retainer active, Renewal due, Lost |
| Online and D2C brands | An unconfirmed cash order is a parcel that travels twice and sells once. | Order placed, Confirmation pending, Confirmed, Unreachable, Cancelled by customer, Dispatched, Delivery issue, Repeat customer |
| Solar installers | A homeowner who saw three rooftop solar ads fills three forms the same evening. | New enquiry, Survey booked, Survey done, Quote sent, Finance or approval pending, Advance received, Installed, Lost |
| Recruiters and staffing firms | A recruiter can screen forty candidates a day, but only if the next number is ready. | New, Not reachable, Screened, Interview scheduled, Interview done, Offered, Joined, Not interested or not fit |
Each page carries its own stages, cadence and message examples, because a clinic and a dealership have almost nothing in common except that both lose money to unanswered calls.

Not on the list? Which workflow fits your trade?
Each trade below opens the workflow whose calling rhythm matches its own. Dialing, records and follow-ups work identically throughout; the pipeline is the part that changes, and yours sits one tap from here.
Still nothing that fits? It adapts regardless, since you define every stage, every field and every message yourself. Describe what you sell and we will walk you through how a business built like yours would run it.
From teams using Dialmio
What do teams across trades say?
A missed call at 7 pm is a callback at 10 am with the customer name on it. Before, it was a number nobody recognised and nobody rang.
Before this, a call that ended at 4 pm was a memory by 6 pm and a guess by Monday. Now the outcome is filed while the customer is still hanging up.
Talk time per person is the only number I look at now. Anyone can dial and hang up. Nobody can fake ninety minutes of conversation.
These are the words of customers who agreed to be quoted this way, sent over WhatsApp or said on a call, shortened only where they ran long. No star total or review count is published, because there is no public rating page to point at yet. Last checked September 2026.
Questions
How do you fit the app to your trade?
Why does the workflow differ by industry?
Because the shape of the calling does. A property team lives on site visits, a clinic on appointments and missed reception calls, an online brand on confirming orders before they ship. The app underneath is identical; what changes is the pipeline stages, the cadence of follow-ups and the messages that get sent.
My business is not listed. Does it still fit?
Almost certainly, because the stages, fields and templates are yours to define rather than ours to impose. Pick the listed workflow closest to how you sell, then rename the stages in your own words. Half an hour of setup does the rest.
Can we run two different pipelines in one account?
Yes. A dealership running sales and service, or an agency running new business and renewals, can separate them by lead source and filter each into its own list without needing two accounts.
Do you set the workflow up for us?
Yes, at no charge. On a call we build your stages, custom fields, lead sources and message templates around the way your business already works, in English, Hindi or Marathi.
What is Dialmio?
Dialmio is a call management CRM: an Android app that turns each call a salesperson makes, picks up or misses into a lead record carrying an outcome, a note and a follow-up date, paired with a web dashboard where the owner watches the whole team as the day runs. Calls travel over the SIM inside each phone.
How long does setup take?
Roughly thirty minutes for five people: install on each phone, sign in with the number, name your lead stages, import the current list, and add the callers on the dashboard. If you prefer, we do it with you on a call at no charge.
What does a call management CRM actually do?
A call management CRM connects the phone to the customer record. The record opens as a call starts, with the previous note visible; a sheet collects the result and the next step as the call ends; unanswered calls line up for a callback; and the owner gets call counts, talk minutes and outcomes per person with no report to chase. Dialmio does all four from a single Android app.
Is Dialmio a call tracker or a CRM?
Both, inside one record. A bare call tracker tells an owner how many calls were made. A CRM tells the team what was discussed and what comes next. Dialmio logs the call and pins the outcome, the note, the follow-up and the WhatsApp to the same lead, so tracking and selling share one screen instead of two tools.
Do you help with onboarding in Hindi or Marathi?
Yes. Setup and training calls happen in English, Hindi or Marathi, whichever the team is comfortable in, and each caller can read the app itself in any of forty languages.
Does Dialmio need a virtual number or cloud telephony?
No. Each call goes over the SIM in the handset, so the customer sees the same mobile number they have always known, and the call is charged on the mobile plan that phone is already on. There is nothing to rent, no IVR to configure and no telephony bill at the end of the month.
Can I try Dialmio before paying?
Yes: three days with the whole product open and no card asked for. Spend the time on genuine calls rather than a test list, because what you are really checking is whether your callers keep closing the after-call sheet when no manager is looking.
What stays the same whatever you sell

What people ask about industry fit
Is there a version built for my trade?
There is one product. The industry pages differ in the stages, fields and message templates they suggest, not in the software, and that is the honest description of how this category works. A dealership and a clinic need different words, not different code.
What is genuinely identical across all of them?
A call leaves on your own SIM, the record opens with it, two taps file the outcome, an unanswered call becomes a callback somebody owns, and the owner sees the day without asking. Every industry page is that same loop written in the vocabulary of one trade.
My business is not listed. Does that matter?
No. You set your own stages and fields, so any business that sells by phone can use it. The trades here are simply the ones we know well enough to write up properly.
How long does configuring it for a trade take?
About an afternoon, and most of that goes on naming the stages the way your callers already talk about them. Treat each industry page as a draft to edit; teams that rewrite the stage names in their own words end up with cleaner reports.
How the industry pages are written
- Each page describes how teams in that trade actually organise their calling, and the stages listed are the ones commonly used in it.
- Any pricing referred to is ours and appears on our pricing page.
What this page does not claim
- These are patterns from working with teams of this size rather than formal research into each sector.
- We sell one product to all of them, so read each page as a description of configuration rather than a bespoke offering.
Worth quoting
- One product; industry pages differ in suggested stages, fields and templates rather than in software.
- The common loop: call from your own SIM, record opens, two taps file the outcome, missed calls become owned callbacks.
- A business not listed still fits, because the stages and fields are defined by the user.
- Configuring for a trade takes about an afternoon, mostly naming stages.
- Teams that rename the suggested stages into their own words record better data.
