I called, they did not pick up, I forgot
A not-picked call with no next step is a lead nobody rings again, and nobody notices it went cold.
The outcome sheet will not close without a next step, so not picked automatically becomes a retry.
A telecaller who opens Excel, copies a number, dials and types not picked makes fewer calls than one who taps next.
Dialmio is a telecaller app for Android that dials the next number from the caller’s own SIM and asks for the outcome when the call ends.

A telecaller app is a phone app that hands each caller the next number to ring, dials it, and asks what happened when the call ends, and Dialmio does this on Android by replacing the phone dialer, so every call rides on the SIM the telecaller already carries. Leads arrive from IndiaMART, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Sheets, a web form, the API or an Excel upload and go to a caller in turn. The auto dialer works the list with a gap the owner sets. When a call ends, a sheet opens for the outcome from your own list and the next follow-up date, two taps in all. On the chosen day the follow-up rings like an alarm with the lead history on screen, and an outcome such as send brochure can trigger a WhatsApp to the customer without any typing. The owner sees calls, talk time and outcomes per telecaller on the web dashboard as the day runs.

Why teams switch
A not-picked call with no next step is a lead nobody rings again, and nobody notices it went cold.
The outcome sheet will not close without a next step, so not picked automatically becomes a retry.
The customer hears the same pitch twice in one afternoon and trusts neither caller.
Each lead has one owner and one thread, so a second caller sees the history before dialing.
A new number on every attempt is one more call the customer lets ring out.
Calls go out from the same mobile number every time, and a WhatsApp after the first attempt says who is calling and why.
Every evening the telecaller types up a count the owner has no way to check.
The daily call report writes itself from the calls, so the end-of-day WhatsApp to the owner is no longer needed.
How it works
Leads come in from IndiaMART, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Sheets, a web form, the API, or an Excel or CSV upload, and are assigned to a caller by round-robin, who sees today follow-ups first and fresh leads after them.
It uses the SIM in the phone, with a gap between calls that the owner sets, so the caller reads the last note and dials without hunting through a sheet.
The caller picks an outcome from your own list, for example interested, call back, not reachable or wrong number, and a follow-up date. Closing the sheet is the update.
On the day and time chosen, the caller phone reminds them, with the lead history on screen, so a promised callback does not depend on anyone remembering it.
An outcome such as send brochure can trigger a WhatsApp message to the customer without the caller typing it, from the business number the owner linked.
A working day
| Time | What the telecaller does | What Dialmio records |
|---|---|---|
| 10:00 | Opens the app, sees today follow-ups first, then fresh leads | Login, and the follow-up list for the day |
| 10:05 to 13:00 | Works the list with the auto dialer | Every call, its duration, outcome and note |
| Missed incoming calls | Appear in a callback queue, not lost in the phone log | The missed call against the lead, with its callback status |
| 14:00 to 18:00 | Follow-up alarms ring; the caller sees the last note before dialing | Follow-up done or moved |
| 18:30 | Nothing to write | A daily call report per caller |
An illustrative day. Times follow whatever shift your team runs.

From teams using Dialmio
Site visits stopped falling through. Saturday morning my phone rings with the reminder, the buyer has already had his WhatsApp, and Sunday is not wasted.
The price list goes out on WhatsApp the moment the call ends, because the Interested status is set to send it. My callers used to promise it and forget it by the next call.
The follow-up rings like an alarm, so it interrupts whatever I am doing, which is exactly what a follow-up should do. I have not missed a promised callback since April.
These are the words of customers who agreed to be quoted this way, sent over WhatsApp or said on a call, shortened only where they ran long. No star total or review count is published, because there is no public rating page to point at yet. Last checked September 2026.

A telecaller app is a phone app that gives a caller a list of numbers to ring, logs each call, and asks for the outcome and next follow-up when the call ends. Dialmio does this on Android, on the caller’s own SIM, and sends every call to a lead record the owner can see.
Yes. Calls go out from the SIM in the phone, so customers see a normal mobile number. There is no virtual number, no VoIP account and no per-minute bill from Dialmio.
Yes. The web dashboard shows calls made, talk time, outcomes and missed calls returned for each caller while the day is running, and a daily call report is built automatically.
Yes, on supported Android phones. The recording is attached to the call on the lead record, next to the outcome and note. Test on your team’s handsets first, because Android controls call audio.
No. Dialmio needs Android 8 or later because it replaces the phone dialer, which iPhone does not allow.
₹162 per user per month on the yearly plan or ₹249 per user per month on the three-month plan, taxes extra. Both plans include every feature, and there is a 3-day free trial with no card.
Yes. The app is available in 40 languages and each caller picks their own. Notes stay in whatever language the caller types.
Yes. Once imported, the file behaves like any list in the app: ring straight through it, divide it among the team, or narrow it to a single stage before you press start.
Yes. A Dialmio follow-up takes over the screen and rings at the promised time, with the previous note showing, instead of sitting as a notification to be swiped away. The follow-ups due today can also be rung one after another as a list.
How many lines each one opens. An auto dialer rings one number per caller and moves on once that caller is free, so whoever answers finds a person on the line. A predictive dialer opens several lines per agent and tolerates answered calls that meet silence, which only pays off on a large floor and which regulators limit for that reason.
No. The dialer places ordinary mobile calls on the plan the phone is already on, so the calling cost is the same as dialing by hand.
Yes. Rights are granted per employee on the dashboard. A manager sees the callers assigned to them, with the same live figures and notes, and the owner alone sees everyone.

Ask five questions before you pay. The first is whether the app calls from your own SIM or from a virtual number. Your own SIM keeps a number customers already recognise on their screen and keeps the cost on the mobile plan you already pay for, with no telephony bill on top.
The second is whether a caller can log an outcome in under five seconds. If it takes longer, telecallers will skip it by the second week, and every report built on those outcomes becomes a guess. The third is whether follow-ups ring or merely sit in a list. A list nobody opens is not a follow-up system.
The fourth is whether the owner can see the numbers for today without asking anyone: live call counts and talk time per caller, not a message typed up at half past six. The fifth is what the app does not do. A vendor who lists their gaps is easier to trust than one who promises everything.
Here is that list for Dialmio. There is no iPhone app, because only Android lets an app replace the phone dialer. There is no predictive dialer or IVR, so a floor of fifty or more seats is better served by cloud telephony. And it is not a tool for cold promotional calling: TRAI rules restrict promotional calls from ordinary 10-digit numbers, so Dialmio is built for following up people who enquired and for existing customers.
