Number rental
No virtual number to lease. Calls leave from the SIM in each phone, on its existing plan.
The usual trick in this category is a cheap licence and an expensive minute.
Dialmio is free as a dialer; the CRM costs ₹162 per user a month paid yearly and ₹249 paid quarterly, plus taxes, with no per-minute charges.
No tiers and no charge per lead: the calls run on whatever mobile plan each phone already carries. Prices checked October 2026.

Indian call management software is typically listed at somewhere between 100 and 800 rupees per user per month, and most of that gap comes down to what is bundled rather than what is better, since some tools charge WhatsApp separately and others keep reporting in a higher tier. The Dialmio figure is ₹162 per user per month with yearly billing, or ₹249 with three-month billing, tax extra in both cases, and the dialer alone is free forever. That single plan holds the call log CRM, employee call tracking, the auto dialer, missed-call callbacks, reminders, WhatsApp automation and the owner dashboard, so five callers cost about ₹810 a month between them. Nothing is charged per lead or per minute, because calling happens on the SIM plan already in the phone, and WhatsApp messages are billed by the API provider you connect. The trial lasts three days, opens every feature and takes no card. Prices checked October 2026.

What a team actually pays

Absent from the invoice
What a calling team spends on is rarely the CRM itself. It is the plumbing around it.
No virtual number to lease. Calls leave from the SIM in each phone, on its existing plan.
No telephony invoice at month end. Your mobile operator bills the calls exactly as before.
No greyed-out buttons. A two-person shop and a fifty-person floor get the same product.
Statuses, sources and the team configured with you on a call, at no charge.
From teams using Dialmio
I lined up four tools in a spreadsheet. Only one of them invoiced the same number its website showed, and it was this one.
I resisted CRMs for years because every one of them wanted my staff at a laptop. This one wants two taps on the phone the call just happened on, which is a different ask entirely.
No virtual number to rent, no per-minute bill, nothing to explain to the accountant. The calls cost what they always cost. The software cost is the whole cost.
These are the words of customers who agreed to be quoted this way, sent over WhatsApp or said on a call, shortened only where they ran long. No star total or review count is published, because there is no public rating page to point at yet. Last checked September 2026.
Pricing questions
The Dialmio dialer is free forever. The CRM costs ₹162 per user each month on the yearly plan, or ₹249 on the three-month plan, taxes extra. Both terms carry the whole CRM: call tracking, the auto dialer, the lead record, call recording on supported phones, lead automation, reminders, WhatsApp rules and the owner dashboard. Prices checked October 2026.
The dialer is free, with no expiry date. The CRM is the paid part: lead records with outcomes and follow-ups, follow-up alarms, lead automation, round-robin assignment, call recording on the lead record, WhatsApp automation and campaigns, and the team dashboard.
No. Three months is the shortest period, at ₹249 per user per month; the yearly plan brings that down to ₹162, with tax extra either way. Most teams begin on three months and move to yearly once the first renewal arrives.
Anyone who signs in to the app to make calls. A team of five callers with one owner who only opens the dashboard is billed for five, because the owner login comes free with the account.
No. Leads, calls and automations have no cap. Your operator bills the calls as before, and your WhatsApp API provider bills its messages at its own rates, with no margin added by Dialmio.
The whole product, for three days, with no card details taken. Load it on a phone, sign in, and put a real morning of calling through it rather than a sample list. If it does not suit you, there is nothing to cancel.
By UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay. Ask for a GST invoice and one is issued.
Users can be added any time and are charged for the rest of the current period; removals take effect at renewal. Teams with a busy season commonly add for one quarter and drop back afterwards.
Usually, but the only fair comparison is the yearly cost per caller with every feature added up. Indian tools in this category publish anywhere from about 100 to 800 rupees per user per month, and several bill WhatsApp or reporting on top. Work out the total for your real team size before trusting a headline figure.
Your records stay where they are. The account keeps the leads and the history, and calling pauses until a plan is chosen, so a team that decides a week late loses nothing.
No. Your stages, sources, custom fields and team logins get built together with you over a call, English, Hindi or Marathi, free of charge.
A user is somebody who signs in to the app to make calls. Five callers and one owner who only opens the dashboard means five users, since the owner login is part of the account and carries no charge.
None. The per-user monthly subscription is the entire software cost. Your mobile operator bills the calls as it always has, and your WhatsApp API provider bills the messages it sends; Dialmio takes no cut of either.

A headline price tells you very little here, because vendors slice the same product in different ways. One charges per user and adds WhatsApp on top. Another charges per phone number. A third seems cheap until you discover the owner reports live in a higher plan. A cloud telephony provider shows a small rental and then meters every minute. The comparison that holds up is the yearly total for the number of callers you actually have, with each feature you plan to use switched on and the calling minutes estimated with a straight face.
Three details deserve a close look. Whether calls are metered by the minute, since that turns a predictable monthly cost into one that climbs in exactly the months business is good. Whether WhatsApp is inside the plan or bolted on, because for most Indian teams it carries half the follow-up. And what the second year costs, because an introductory discount does not always survive renewal.
Dialmio keeps it to a single plan: ₹162 per user per month on yearly billing, ₹249 on the three-month plan, the whole product in both, nothing charged per lead or per minute. Your mobile operator bills the calls on the plan already in place, and your WhatsApp API provider bills the messages at its own rates, with no margin added by us. Prices checked October 2026.
Three days free, whole product, no card. Put a genuine morning of calling through it and judge on evidence.
