The same customer exists three times
Three spellings of a name in a sheet, three half-histories, and a caller who does not know the buyer was quoted last month.
The number is the record. One customer, one thread, however many times they call.
The phone log knows the number. Nobody knows the conversation.
Dialmio merges the phone call log and the customer record, so tapping any number opens one thread of calls, notes, messages and follow-ups.

A call log CRM is software in which the phone call history and the customer record are the same thing, so that tapping any number in the log opens a lead with every past call, note, message and follow-up already attached, and Dialmio does this by replacing the Android phone dialer on each caller handset. Every incoming, outgoing and missed call is filed against the lead it belongs to; a number seen for the first time can become a lead from the after-call sheet in one tap with the source marked Incoming; and a number that rings twice becomes one record with two calls on it, never two records. The thread syncs to the company account, so it survives a lost phone or a caller leaving and appears on the owner dashboard. Nothing is typed up afterwards, because the call itself created the entry.

Why teams switch
Three spellings of a name in a sheet, three half-histories, and a caller who does not know the buyer was quoted last month.
The number is the record. One customer, one thread, however many times they call.
A customer who rings in is answered from memory, and the call never reaches the record because nobody started it from a list.
Incoming calls open the lead on the ring and file their outcome like any other call.
Six years of conversations in a caller phone log belong to the caller, not to the business, until the day they resign.
Every call and note lives in the company account and moves with the lead, not the phone.
How it works
Once Dialmio is the dialer, the call log on the phone shows each number with its lead status, its call count and the last note, instead of a bare list of digits and timestamps. A number with no lead behind it shows as unknown until somebody files it.
Tap a number and the lead opens: every call in and out with its duration, every note, every WhatsApp sent through the app, every reminder set and kept or missed, in one timeline. A new call adds one more entry at the top rather than a new record somewhere else.
The dashboard shows the same records, so an owner checking why a deal stalled reads the actual sequence of calls and notes rather than a summary somebody wrote. Transfers and shared leads move the whole thread with them.
What you get
₹162 per user a month paid yearly, ₹249 paid quarterly, plus taxes. Both plans include every feature on this site.
From teams using Dialmio
My worry was the team refusing yet another app. By day three nobody had said a word about it, and silence after a system change is the highest praise a team gives.
We wrote our own seven stages in ten minutes instead of squeezing our business into somebody else pipeline. The reports use our words, so my team actually reads them.
The lost-leads list was uncomfortable the first time I opened it. We called forty of them back over a fortnight and two became customers.
These are the words of customers who agreed to be quoted this way, sent over WhatsApp or said on a call, shortened only where they ran long. No star total or review count is published, because there is no public rating page to point at yet. Last checked September 2026.
It works together
Questions
It starts logging from the day it is installed. Old calls in the handset log carry no outcome or note, so importing them would create a history the app cannot vouch for. Old leads themselves can be imported from Excel with their source and last remark.
Both calls land on the same thread, each stamped with who made it. A lead belongs to one caller by default, but a manager can share or transfer it, and the full history travels with it.
Yes. One search across the app finds leads, calls, notes, reminders and messages, so a caller who remembers only that someone mentioned a Diwali delivery can find that person.
The calling and the after-call sheet work with data off, because these are ordinary SIM calls. Entries queue on the phone and sync to the company account when the connection returns.
Yes. The dashboard shows the same threads the caller sees, including every note, so a stalled deal can be read as a sequence of conversations rather than a number in a column.
A contact manager stores names and numbers. A call log CRM stores what happened each time that number was called: the outcome, the note, the follow-up, the message. Dialmio does the second, and the contacts come along for free.
From the day a caller signs in, everything is kept in the company account for as long as the account exists. Calls made before the app was installed are not on the phone in a form the app can trust, so the history starts at install.
Yes, if the owner allows it. By default a lead belongs to one caller, but a manager can share a record or transfer it, and the full call history moves with it, so nobody starts a conversation blind.
The call is logged like any other, and the caller can convert it into a lead from the after-call sheet with one tap, source marked Incoming. A number that rings twice becomes one record with two calls on it, never two records.
Every call and note is stored in the company account rather than the handset, so signing in on a replacement phone brings it all back. When a caller leaves, remove their access and reassign their leads to a colleague; every call and note travels with the lead.
Connect Dialmio to wherever enquiries already land, a Google Sheet or a web address, and it keeps checking that source. New entries are imported every few minutes, labelled with the source, dealt out in turn among the callers you picked, and announced on the phone of whoever received them.
Yes, in your own words, and rename or reorder them whenever you like. The stages you set shape the lists, the filters and the reports, so a business selling site visits and one selling policies each see a pipeline that looks like their own.
Updated 22 September 2026
Every phone already has a call log, and every business already has some kind of customer list, and the trouble is that they never meet. The log knows a number rang at 11:04 for six minutes. The list knows the customer name and that he was quoted in March. Nobody joins the two, so the caller who picks up the next call from that number starts from nothing, and the customer explains himself again.
The fix is not a better spreadsheet. It is making the number the record, so that the act of calling or being called is the act of updating. Dialmio does that by being the dialer: the log entry and the CRM entry are created by the same event, and the thread grows with each call without anyone deciding to go and update something.
The practical effect is that history stops being personal. In most small teams the real customer history lives in a caller phone and leaves when they do. In a call log CRM it lives in the company account, and the person who inherits a list inherits the conversations too. Owners tend to notice this benefit only when somebody resigns, which is late.
What was said can sit on the record too. On supported Android phones Dialmio attaches the call recording to the lead, beside the outcome and the note. Android controls call audio, so whether a given handset records depends on its maker and Android version, and it is worth a test call on your own team phones first. Even where recording works, the note is what a manager reads first, because nobody listens to a day of calls, which is why the note field is still the most important part of the sheet.
