Call counts come from the caller

Seventy calls on the report. Twenty-eight on the phone.
Dialmio records each business call your staff make, take or miss, with its talk time and outcome, on a live dashboard per person.
Three days free, nothing locked, no card.
Dialmio employee call tracking works by installing the app on each employee Android phone as the dialer, so every business call made, answered or missed is logged automatically with the number, the lead, the duration, the outcome picked and the note typed, for the owner to read per person on a web dashboard during the day. There is no hardware, no rented number and no per-minute bill: the calls ride on the SIM each phone already carries. Talk time is the figure that cannot be inflated: calls attempted can be gamed, ninety minutes of conversation cannot. The dashboard also shows how many missed calls each person returned and how quickly, the gap between a lead being assigned and its first ring, and how outcomes spread across the team’s own stages. Reports export for any date range, and export is itself a permission the owner grants.

Why teams switch
A number reported by the person it measures is a negotiation, and the owner has no way to check it without reading phone logs by hand.
Counts, durations and outcomes are logged by the app as the calls happen.
The call log says how many calls; the spreadsheet says how many sales; nothing joins the two, so nobody knows which callers convert.
Every call carries its outcome, so calls, talk time and stage movement sit on one screen per person.
A form filled at nine is rung at four, by which time the customer has spoken to two competitors.
The assigned-to-first-call gap is a column on the dashboard, per lead and per caller.
How it works
The owner creates each employee, decides what they may do, and points the account at wherever enquiries arrive. Assignment, transfer, export and delete are four separate rights, which means somebody can call a list all day and still be unable to carry it out of the building.
Each employee installs Dialmio and signs in with their number. From that moment every business call made or received through the app is logged with the lead, the duration, the outcome and the note, without the caller doing anything beyond the after-call sheet.
The dashboard shows calls attempted and answered, talk time, outcomes by stage, missed calls returned, and pending follow-ups for each employee and each lead source. A manager sees only their own team; the owner sees everyone; both can export any date range.
What you get
₹162 per user a month paid yearly, ₹249 paid quarterly, plus taxes. Both plans include every feature on this site.
From teams using Dialmio
The lost-leads list was uncomfortable the first time I opened it. We called forty of them back over a fortnight and two became customers.
Six callers, one bill, nothing per lead and nothing per minute. I know what next year costs to the rupee, which I could not say about the last system.
Site staff clock in with a selfie where they stand instead of sending me a photo on WhatsApp. Attendance is no longer an argument every morning.
These are the words of customers who agreed to be quoted this way, sent over WhatsApp or said on a call, shortened only where they ran long. No star total or review count is published, because there is no public rating page to point at yet. Last checked September 2026.

Questions
Tracking business calls made on a work app, with the employee informed, is standard practice in India and sits within the law as it is generally understood. Dialmio logs the fact, duration and outcome of business calls placed or received through the app. It does not read personal calls made outside the app, and staff see the same log the owner sees.
Yes. The call log on the phone is the same log the owner reads on the dashboard. There is no hidden record, which is both fairer and the reason teams keep using it.
No. It tracks business calls and, if the attendance module is switched on, a punch-in selfie with a location check at the moment of punching. It does not follow the phone around or watch the screen.
Once Dialmio is the default dialer there is no ordinary phone app to fall back to; every call goes through it. A caller who removes it or signs out shows as inactive on the dashboard, which is itself the signal an owner needs.
WhatsApp voice calls are made inside WhatsApp and are not visible to any third-party app. Dialmio tracks SIM calls and logs WhatsApp messages sent through the app against the same lead, so the conversation thread is complete even when a call is not.
A sync tool copies the phone call log to a server and stops there. Dialmio attaches an outcome, a note, a follow-up and a lead to each call, so the report shows what the calls produced rather than only how many there were.
It reports on the business calls made through the app against your leads, and nothing about how a person uses a phone privately. The owner sees call counts, talk minutes, outcomes and follow-ups; calls placed outside the app are invisible to the dashboard, and each caller can open the same log the owner reads.
Not from the company account. A caller can add a note or move a status, and each change carries who made it and when. Deleting records is a separate right that only the owner hands out.
Yes. Rights are granted per employee on the dashboard. A manager sees the callers assigned to them, with the same live figures and notes, and the owner alone sees everyone.
Dialmio logs that the call happened, how long it lasted, which lead it belonged to, the outcome chosen and the note typed. Audio capture is blocked for third-party apps on many Android phones, so it is not sold as a headline feature, and a vendor promising it on every handset deserves a pointed question.
Yes. Callers and field staff clock in and out with a selfie and a location stamp, and the owner sees attendance on the same dashboard as the call reports, so hours and output sit side by side.
Usually, once WhatsApp and reporting are added up. Published Indian prices for this kind of tool sit anywhere from about 100 to 800 rupees per user per month, and a few charge WhatsApp separately or reserve reports for a dearer plan. The fair comparison is the yearly figure for your actual caller count, with everything you plan to use included.

The reason owners want call tracking is rarely suspicion. It is that they are paying for leads and cannot tell what happens to them. A caller says the leads were bad; the marketing agency says the callers were slow; the owner has no evidence either way. Tracking that shows the assigned-to-first-call gap, the talk time and the outcome spread settles that argument with numbers rather than opinions, and usually in a way that helps the caller as much as the owner.
The line worth holding is business calls only. Dialmio logs calls made or received through the app against your leads. It does not read personal calls, does not follow the phone around, and does not hide anything from the employee: the log on the handset is the log on the dashboard. Teams accept tracking that is visible and fair and quietly sabotage tracking that is not, so the transparency is a practical decision as much as an ethical one.
Watch talk time before call counts. A count of dialed numbers can be doubled by dialing switched-off numbers twice as fast. Minutes in conversation cannot. A caller with fewer calls and more talk time is usually the one closing, and the dashboard makes that visible without anyone having to argue it.
The other number that changes behaviour is the gap between a lead being assigned and the first ring. Once it is a column that everyone can see, it shrinks on its own. A form filled at nine that is rung by ten past is worth more than a hundred calls to old leads in the afternoon, and no amount of end-of-day reporting reveals that gap after the fact.
