The wording people bring to this decision
Which is better, Dialmio or RMDialer?
Put like that, neither, and a page answering otherwise is selling rather than comparing. Both replace the Android dialer, both call out on the SIM in the handset, both keep the record beside the call. The question only becomes answerable once you say where the callers sit, whether anybody will ever invoice you outside rupees, and whether you intend to resell the software as well as run it.
Can a team run both at once?
Technically yes, practically no. They occupy the same slot on the same phone: the app that becomes the dialer and holds the record. Running two means two places an outcome might have been written, which is the exact problem either was bought to end. If different offices truly need different tools, split at the office boundary and never inside one team.
How much work is moving between them?
An evening rather than a project. Leads export to Excel or CSV and import here with your own columns mapped once, and a number already present is merged instead of added twice, so a customer with months of history does not arrive as two half-records. Call history held inside the other product is the part that does not travel, so export anything you need to keep before an account lapses.
Does either work on iPhone?
No, and that is a consequence rather than an oversight. Becoming the dialer, reading call state and opening a record the instant a call drops are all things iOS does not permit. A team on iPhones needs a cloud dialer with a softphone, which is a different category from either of these.
Which suits a team of five?
At five handsets on Indian numbers they are close enough that a table will not settle it. Run a genuine morning of your own leads through each, on the phones your callers actually carry, and time one thing: how long it takes somebody to file the outcome once they hang up. That figure decides whether your records still exist in month three.
The rows that move the decision
Anything the two agree on is left out. A row where both columns match has never helped anybody choose.

Read from each vendor’s own public pages on 9 September 2026. Where something is not clearly published, this table says so instead of estimating.
Four situations and where each points
Two to fifty callers, Indian numbers, Indian SIMs.
Trial both and let the moment after the call decide. On a team this shape the two agree about nearly everything a specification sheet records. What you will feel daily is how much attention it costs somebody to write down what just happened while already thinking about the next number.
Callers or customers sitting outside India.
RMDialer, or a cloud platform. They publish a dollar rate for that case and we publish nothing at all for it. An unpublished price is not a lower one, it is a conversation you have not had, and nobody should have to open a sales thread to learn whether a product is sold to them.
You want to sell a dialer under your own brand.
RMDialer. Selling the software onward is a separate business from using it, they run one and we do not. There is nothing close about this and no point dressing it up.
Fifty or more agents working bought cold lists.
Neither of us. Both place one call at a time, because a SIM carries one conversation. At that headcount a predictive platform on rented numbers returns more conversations per hour, and a handset dialer there is the wrong shape of tool at any price.
How this page was assembled
- Every RMDialer statement was read from rmdialer.com on 9 September 2026 and from nowhere else. Nothing was lifted from a directory entry, a store description or another comparison page.
- Every Dialmio figure is the one published on this site, matching our pricing page and our structured data. If those ever disagree, the pricing page is right and this is a defect.
- Price is deliberately absent from the comparison. Both companies set their own rates and revise them when they choose, and a rival price copied onto a third-party page is stale the day it moves.
What this page does not claim
- We make Dialmio. Read every row above with that in mind and verify the ones that matter to you.
- We have not run RMDialer on a working floor for a season. Nothing here judges how it behaves under load; it is a careful reading of what they publish.
- Facts in this market age quickly. If the date above is more than a quarter old, check both vendor sites before paying anybody, ourselves included.
The short version
- Dialmio and RMDialer are both Android apps that replace the phone dialer and call out on the SIM already in the handset.
- RMDialer publishes a rate in US dollars for buyers outside India; Dialmio publishes rupee pricing only.
- RMDialer has been listed on Google Play since 2020 and publishes usage counts; Dialmio has no published listing yet.
- RMDialer runs a reseller programme with partners in the hundreds; Dialmio sells seats directly.
- Both offer a dialer that is free forever and both list call recording; RMDialer also lists an iPhone app without the call log, where Dialmio is Android only.
- Neither dials predictively, so neither suits a floor of fifty or more agents on cold lists.
