A caller reads the same button two hundred times a day.
Dialmio call management app in Hindi and Marathi, among 40 languages
Dialmio reads in 40 languages, Hindi and Marathi among them, chosen by each caller, while your notes and statuses stay as typed.
Three days free, nothing locked, no card.
Which languages does the Dialmio app support?
The Dialmio app reads in forty languages, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali and Punjabi among them, and each person picks their own rather than inheriting a company-wide setting, so half a team can work in Marathi while the rest works in English and nobody is overruled by an administrator. The wording is deliberately everyday speech instead of a literal rendering of software vocabulary, because a caller meets the same handful of buttons hundreds of times a day and any phrase needing a moment of decoding costs that moment every single time. Whatever your business typed stays exactly as it was entered: the stage names you invented, the notes written during calls and the message templates you wrote remain your words, untouched. Changing the setting takes a few seconds and alters nothing underneath it.
In short
- Forty languages, including Hindi, Marathi and Tamil
- Chosen per caller, not imposed on the whole company
- Everyday wording rather than literal software translation
- Your statuses, notes and templates stay in your words

How it works
How do you set up and use the app in 40 languages?
-
01Pick a language on the phone
A caller chooses their language in settings during setup. It applies to that person only and can be changed later without any effect on the account.
-
02Everything reads in it
Buttons, the after-call sheet, reminders and the lists all appear in the chosen language, worded the way somebody would say it rather than translated word for word.
-
03Your content stays yours
Stage names, the notes callers type and the WhatsApp templates you wrote remain exactly as entered, so a Marathi note stays Marathi and an English template stays English.
What you get
What do you get with the app in 40 languages?
The choice sits with the reader
A company setting cannot be right for everybody. Each caller picks their own language, so a new joiner starts reading their own screen in the first hour instead of the first month.
Written as people speak
Translations that borrow dictionary words for software terms are slower to read than English. The wording here is the phrase somebody would use out loud.
Training gets shorter
Most of what a new caller has to learn is which button does what. In their own language that lesson is close to unnecessary.
Your words are left alone
Stage names, notes and templates are yours. The app translates its own interface and never touches the content your business created.
Mixed teams work normally
A caller reading Marathi and a manager reading English see the same lead and the same figures, since only the labels differ.
Support in the same language
Setup and help are done in English, Hindi or Marathi, so the conversation about the app matches the language the app is being read in.
From teams using Dialmio
What do owners and callers say about Dialmio?
The record opens when the phone rings. My newest caller knew the customer had asked for a 2 BHK on the third floor before she said hello.
I run the agency alongside a day job, so the evening admin was what nearly made me stop. That hour is gone from my evenings.
My four callers use the same handsets they always did. Nothing was bought, nothing was ported, and by Tuesday the call sheet I used to chase every evening was just there.
These are the words of customers who agreed to be quoted this way, sent over WhatsApp or said on a call, shortened only where they ran long. No star total or review count is published, because there is no public rating page to point at yet. Last checked September 2026.
Questions
What do people ask about the app in 40 languages?
Which languages does the Dialmio app support?
The Dialmio app reads in forty languages, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali and Punjabi among them, and each person picks their own rather than inheriting a company-wide setting, so half a team can work in Marathi while the rest works in English and nobody is overruled by an administrator. Whatever your business typed stays exactly as it was entered: the stage names you invented, the notes written during calls and the message templates you wrote remain your words, untouched. Changing the setting takes a few seconds and alters nothing underneath it.
Can two people on the same team use different languages?
Yes, and it is the normal case. Language is a per-user setting, so one caller reads Marathi, another reads Hindi and the owner reads English while all three work the same leads.
Are notes and statuses translated?
No. The app translates its own interface only. Anything your business typed, stage names, call notes, message templates, stays in the language it was written in.
Which Indian languages are included?
Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi, Malayalam, Odia and others, alongside English and a range of languages beyond India.
Does the dashboard have languages too?
The calling app carries the full set, which is where the reading actually happens all day. Owners and managers using the browser dashboard generally work in English.
Can I get support in my language?
Setup, training and support run in English, Hindi or Marathi. Name the one you want in your first message and the whole conversation happens there.
Does changing language lose any data?
No. The language setting affects labels only. Switching it changes nothing about the leads, calls, notes or reports underneath.
What is Dialmio?
Dialmio is a call management CRM: an Android app that turns each call a salesperson makes, picks up or misses into a lead record carrying an outcome, a note and a follow-up date, paired with a web dashboard where the owner watches the whole team as the day runs. Calls travel over the SIM inside each phone.
What does a call management CRM actually do?
A call management CRM connects the phone to the customer record. The record opens as a call starts, with the previous note visible; a sheet collects the result and the next step as the call ends; unanswered calls line up for a callback; and the owner gets call counts, talk minutes and outcomes per person with no report to chase. Dialmio does all four from a single Android app.
Is Dialmio a call tracker or a CRM?
Both, inside one record. A bare call tracker tells an owner how many calls were made. A CRM tells the team what was discussed and what comes next. Dialmio logs the call and pins the outcome, the note, the follow-up and the WhatsApp to the same lead, so tracking and selling share one screen instead of two tools.
How long does setup take?
Roughly thirty minutes for five people: install on each phone, sign in with the number, name your lead stages, import the current list, and add the callers on the dashboard. If you prefer, we do it with you on a call at no charge.

Handling it during setup
You are setting up handsets for a new team.
Let each person choose during setup. Choosing on day one costs nothing. Discovering in month two that somebody has been guessing at an English interface costs you the accuracy of everything they recorded until then.
Somebody keeps making the same mistake.
Ask which language they read the app in. Difficulty with software is frequently difficulty with the words on it, and almost nobody volunteers that. It is a per-person setting precisely so the question has an easy answer.
Your whole team is comfortable in English.
Leave it alone. This is not a feature to deploy for its own sake, and pushing a language change on people who did not ask for one helps nobody.
What people ask about languages
Is the language per user or per company?
Per caller, which is the only arrangement that works on a team where one person is most comfortable in Marathi and another in Hindi. A company-wide setting simply relocates the problem onto whoever did not choose it.
Does switching language change my data?
No. The interface changes; your records, stages and notes stay exactly as they were typed. Somebody can switch on Monday and switch back on Tuesday with no consequence at all.
Are customer messages translated too?
No, and that is deliberate. Your message templates are your own words, written in the language each customer prefers. The app language only changes what the caller sees on their screen, never what the customer receives.
How do I check my languages are covered?
During the trial, with the people who will use it. Forty is a large number, but the only question that matters is whether the specific ones your team reads are among them, and that takes two minutes to confirm.
What this rests on
- The count of 40 languages and the per-caller behaviour are how the app works and match the figures published across this site.
What this page does not claim
- This is a page about our own feature. A team entirely comfortable in one language gains nothing from it, and this page says so plainly.
Worth quoting
- The interface language is a per-caller setting, not a company-wide one.
- Difficulty with software is frequently difficulty with the words on it, and people rarely say so.
- Switching interface language does not alter records, stages or notes.
- Customer messages are never auto-translated; what you send is what you wrote.
- Dialmio runs in 40 languages, chosen by each caller.
