Published prices in this category differ by a factor of eight, and almost none of that difference is quality. It is category, billing period and what has been unbundled. Here is how to work out your real number.

How much does call management software cost in India?

Most products for small teams sit between about 100 and 800 rupees per user per month, but the full spread on vendor pages is wider and depends on the kind of product more than on quality. Prices read from vendor pages in September and October 2026, for products aimed at Indian small and medium teams:

Kind of productPublished range
Per-number call trackersAbout 175 to 600 rupees per phone number per month
SIM based call management CRMsAbout 149 to 899 rupees per user per month
Full sales CRMs with a dialerAbout 799 to 1,099 rupees per user per month
Cloud telephony bundlesFrom about 5,000 rupees a month for ten users, plus minutes

Confirm any figure before paying. Prices in this market move, and several vendors publish different rates for monthly, quarterly and annual commitments on the same page.

Which questions change the real cost of call management software?

Four: whether calls are billed by the minute, whether WhatsApp is included, whether pricing is per user or per number, and what the second year costs.

1. Is calling billed by the minute? This is the largest single difference in cost shape. A fixed per-user charge is a budget line. A per-minute charge turns a good month of business into a larger invoice, which is exactly backwards for a growing business. SIM based products avoid it entirely because the calls ride on mobile tariffs you already pay.

2. Is WhatsApp inside the price? For most Indian teams messaging carries half the follow-up. Some products include automation and campaigns in the base plan. Others charge per user for chat sync, or a one-time fee to connect the API, or both. Add whichever applies before comparing.

3. Is it per user or per phone number? Trackers commonly price per number, CRMs per user. These look comparable and are not, particularly where somebody carries two numbers or where the owner wants a login without doing any calling.

4. What is the second year? Opening discounts have a habit of expiring at renewal, and any bundle drawn around your present headcount turns expensive the moment somebody joins beyond its edge. Get that figure confirmed in writing before signing anything.

How do you work out your real annual cost?

Take your actual caller count. Add the add-ons you would genuinely switch on. Multiply by twelve. Then compare that annual figure across vendors, not the number on the pricing page.

For a five-person team, a product at 162 rupees a user with everything included costs about 9,720 rupees a year. A product at 599 rupees a user costs about 35,940. A product at 799 rupees a user with WhatsApp chat sync at 200 more costs about 59,940. Those gaps are large enough to matter, and they are invisible if you compare headline monthly figures.

What should you not economise on when buying?

Two things are worth paying for, and neither is a feature: capturing the call outcome in the seconds after it ends, and the number your customer sees.

The first is that the outcome of a call gets captured in the seconds after it ends. A cheaper product nobody updates produces reports about nothing, which is the most expensive software a business can own.

The second is the number your customer sees. A tool that saves you money by routing calls through rented numbers, at the cost of a materially lower answer rate, has not saved you anything.

How much does Dialmio cost per user?

One plan at 162 rupees for each user monthly on yearly billing, 249 on the shorter term, tax on top. Inside it: the call log CRM, staff call tracking, the auto dialer, the callback queue, reminders, WhatsApp and the owner dashboard. No charge attaches to leads or to minutes. Figures read October 2026; the pricing page works out the total for any headcount.

If you want the same figures set beside competitors with the dates we read them, the shortlist of call management software in India has all seven in one table.
