Is the software costing more per caller than the calls do?

Dialmio: the TeleCRM alternative for Indian calling teams on their own SIM

Dialmio is a TeleCRM alternative that logs every call on your own SIM for ₹162 per user a month; where TeleCRM is stronger is stated below.

What is the best TeleCRM alternative in India?

Dialmio is a TeleCRM alternative built for Indian teams of roughly two to fifty callers who want every call on the record without cloud telephony. Dialmio replaces the Android phone dialer, so incoming, outgoing and missed calls are all logged against a lead with an outcome, a note and a follow-up captured in two taps when the call ends, and missed calls become a callback queue rather than a lost number. Calls go out through the SIM already in the phone, so the customer sees an ordinary mobile number and answers it. WhatsApp is part of the product rather than a separate line on the invoice, covering messages on call outcomes, campaigns and a shared reply inbox. The app runs in 40 languages, chosen per caller. Dialmio costs ₹162 per user per month on the yearly plan with every feature included. TeleCRM publishes ₹799 per user per month billed annually, or ₹1,099 per user per month billed quarterly.

In short

  • Incoming, outgoing and missed calls all logged to a lead
  • Calls from your own SIM, on a number customers recognise
  • WhatsApp rules and campaigns inside the standard plan
  • ₹162 per user per month on the yearly plan

How does Dialmio compare with TeleCRM?

A sales CRM with a built-in dialer, automations and lead capture from many platforms, sold as one core plan per user. Each figure below comes from the vendor’s own published pages. TeleCRM pricing was read on 7 September 2026; prices in this market shift, so verify before you commit.

Where TeleCRM wins

  • Automation depth is the strongest part of the product, with a large monthly allowance of automated actions included in the core plan.
  • Lead capture from a long list of platforms out of the box, which saves work for a business advertising in many places at once.
  • A mature web application for managers, which suits a company that runs its process from a desk as much as from a handset.

Where Dialmio wins

  • A free dialer, then one price for everything. The dialer is free forever. The CRM is ₹162 per user per month on the yearly plan, with call tracking, recording on supported phones, lead automation, reminders and WhatsApp included rather than split across tiers.
  • Every call becomes a record. Incoming, outgoing and missed calls all land against a lead, so the call log and the CRM are one thing rather than two systems someone has to reconcile.
  • Your own SIM and number. Calls go out through the phone SIM, so customers see a normal mobile number, answer it, and can ring it back to reach the same person.
  • The app in 40 languages. Each caller picks their own language, worded the way people speak, so a new joiner understands the screen from the first hour.

Worth checking before you choose

  • Chat sync is charged per user on top of the core plan, and connecting the WhatsApp API carries a one-time setup fee, so add both before comparing.
  • Consultation is billed by the hour, which is worth knowing if you expect ongoing help rather than a single setup call.
  • Work out the annual total per caller, because the quarterly rate is meaningfully higher than the annual one.

TeleCRM is the better fit for a business that wants deep automation and is comfortable paying per user for it. Teams move to Dialmio when the automation was never the problem and the real gap was every incoming and missed call landing on a record without anybody remembering to make it happen.

Cases where TeleCRM, or another tool, is the stronger choice

  • A contact centre of fifty or more seats working cold lists, where dialing several lines at once over virtual numbers really does yield more conversations an hour than one SIM per person.
  • A business whose main need is inbound routing: an advertised number with an IVR menu, queues and hold music is cloud telephony work, and Dialmio does not do it.
  • A team whose callers carry iPhones. Dialmio replaces the phone dialer, which only Android allows, so there is no iPhone app.

What do teams who moved say?

Six callers, one bill, nothing per lead and nothing per minute. I know what next year costs to the rupee, which I could not say about the last system.

We rented a cloud number for a year. People stopped answering because it looked like a call centre. Back on our own SIMs the pickup rate nearly doubled in a month.

Before this, a call that ended at 4 pm was a memory by 6 pm and a guess by Monday. Now the outcome is filed while the customer is still hanging up.

Questions

What do people ask before switching from TeleCRM?

Is Dialmio cheaper than TeleCRM?

TeleCRM publishes ₹799 per user per month billed annually, or ₹1,099 per user per month billed quarterly. Dialmio is ₹162 per user per month on the yearly plan with WhatsApp, call tracking and the auto dialer included. For a five-person team that is roughly ₹3,995 a month against ₹810. Compare the renewal price rather than the first-year price, and check what each plan includes for your team size. Checked 7 September 2026.

Can I move my data from TeleCRM?

Yes. Export your leads to Excel or CSV, import them into Dialmio and map your own columns once. Numbers that already exist are matched and merged rather than added twice, so a customer with history does not become two records.

Does Dialmio use my own SIM or VoIP?

Your own SIM. The call goes out from the phone in the caller hand and shows your own number, which is why answer rates in India stay higher than on rented VoIP numbers. There is no per-minute telephony bill, because the calls run on the mobile plan you already pay for.

What does TeleCRM do better?

Automation depth is the strongest part of the product, with a large monthly allowance of automated actions included in the core plan. If that is the deciding factor for your team, they are a reasonable choice, and we would rather say so here than have you find out after paying.

Who should not switch to Dialmio?

A contact centre running fifty or more seats on cold outbound lists, where predictive dialing over virtual numbers genuinely produces more conversations per hour than one SIM per person can, and any business whose main need is routing inbound calls through an IVR menu.

What does a call management CRM actually do?

A call management CRM connects the phone to the customer record. The record opens as a call starts, with the previous note visible; a sheet collects the result and the next step as the call ends; unanswered calls line up for a callback; and the owner gets call counts, talk minutes and outcomes per person with no report to chase. Dialmio does all four from a single Android app.

What is Dialmio?

Dialmio is a call management CRM: an Android app that turns each call a salesperson makes, picks up or misses into a lead record carrying an outcome, a note and a follow-up date, paired with a web dashboard where the owner watches the whole team as the day runs. Calls travel over the SIM inside each phone.

Is Dialmio a call tracker or a CRM?

Both, inside one record. A bare call tracker tells an owner how many calls were made. A CRM tells the team what was discussed and what comes next. Dialmio logs the call and pins the outcome, the note, the follow-up and the WhatsApp to the same lead, so tracking and selling share one screen instead of two tools.

Is there a monthly plan?

The shortest term is three months, at ₹249 per user per month, and the yearly term drops that to ₹162, tax extra on both. A common route is to begin on the three-month term and change to yearly at the first renewal.

What happens to my data when the subscription ends?

Nothing is erased over a lapsed payment. Every lead, call and note stays in the account, and only the calling features pause until a plan is active again, so renewing late costs no history.

Are there per-call or per-lead charges?

None. The per-user monthly subscription is the entire software cost. Your mobile operator bills the calls as it always has, and your WhatsApp API provider bills the messages it sends; Dialmio takes no cut of either.

What the billing term costs you, and what the extra buys

The questions this comparison turns on

Why does TeleCRM cost more per user on a quarterly plan?

Their published rates are 799 rupees per user per month billed annually and 1,099 billed quarterly, so committing for a year saves about 300 a seat every month. That gap is worth naming out loud: a five-person team paying quarterly is spending roughly 18,000 rupees a year more than the same team paying yearly, for identical software.

Should I commit for a year to get the lower rate?

Only once you know the tool survives contact with your list. The sensible order is to pay the higher short-term rate through a first quarter, then commit if it has stuck. Signing a year to save a monthly figure is a bet on a product you have not yet run a season on.

What does the price difference between us actually buy?

Depth of automation, chiefly: sequences, capture rules and multi-step journeys that keep working once somebody has built them. That is genuinely valuable where a person owns it. It is an expensive settings screen where nobody does, and the honest question is which of those describes your office.

Both are Android and both use the SIM. What is left to compare?

Whether missed calls become a queue somebody is prompted about, how many taps an outcome takes, and what sits inside the plan rather than a tier above it. Those decide whether the records still exist in month three, which no feature list ever shows you.

The rows that separate them

Both are Android, both call out on the handset SIM, both keep a record beside the call. Those rows are omitted.

The rows that separate them
  Dialmio TeleCRM
Yearly rate ₹162 per user per month ₹799 per user per month
Shorter commitment ₹249 per user per month, quarterly ₹1,099 per user per month, quarterly
Automation depth Rules on a status change, deliberately plain Sequences, capture rules, multi-step journeys
Missed call handling Queued as a callback, prompted Check with vendor
Suits Two to fifty callers wanting one plan Teams with somebody to own the automation

TeleCRM figures read from their own published pages on 7 September 2026. Confirm both terms before signing either.

Where each one wins

Somebody in the business enjoys building workflows.

TeleCRM, and pay the difference gladly. Automation returns what it saves, and it only saves anything when a named person builds it, revises it and notices when it breaks. Where that person exists the seat price repays itself.

Calls happen and the missed ones are never returned.

Dialmio. That is a queue problem rather than an automation problem, and the whole gap between these two prices buys capability aimed at a different complaint.

You are undecided and cash is tight.

Pay the short term at whichever you pick. The annual discount is real at both vendors, and so is the cost of a year on the wrong tool. Buy the quarter, then buy the year.

What was read, and when

  • Both TeleCRM rates, annual and quarterly, were read from their own published pages on 7 September 2026.
  • The five-seat arithmetic uses those two published figures and nothing inferred.

What this page does not claim

  • We make Dialmio, and our own annual discount works the same way, which is why this page argues about terms rather than about who is cheaper.
  • We have not run TeleCRM automation through a full sales quarter, so nothing here judges how it holds up at scale.

The short version

  • TeleCRM publishes 799 rupees per user per month annually and 1,099 quarterly.
  • For five seats, paying quarterly instead of annually costs roughly 18,000 rupees more a year for the same software.
  • Dialmio publishes 162 rupees per user per month annually and 249 quarterly.
  • The price gap between the two products buys automation depth, which repays only where somebody owns it.
  • Buying a quarter before committing to a year is the cheaper mistake to make.
