Is the software costing more per caller than the calls do?

Dialmio: the NeoDove alternative for Indian calling teams on their own SIM

Dialmio is a NeoDove alternative that logs every call on your own SIM for ₹162 per user a month; where NeoDove is stronger is stated below.

What is the best NeoDove alternative in India?

Dialmio is a NeoDove alternative built for Indian teams of roughly two to fifty callers who want every call on the record without cloud telephony. Dialmio replaces the Android phone dialer, so incoming, outgoing and missed calls are all logged against a lead with an outcome, a note and a follow-up captured in two taps when the call ends, and missed calls become a callback queue rather than a lost number. Calls go out through the SIM already in the phone, so the customer sees an ordinary mobile number and answers it. WhatsApp is part of the product rather than a separate line on the invoice, covering messages on call outcomes, campaigns and a shared reply inbox. The app runs in 40 languages, chosen per caller. Dialmio costs ₹162 per user per month on the yearly plan with every feature included. NeoDove publishes Bundled annual plans rather than a single per-user rate. The pricing page blocked automated reading on the day we checked, so confirm the current figure with the vendor before comparing.

In short

  • Incoming, outgoing and missed calls all logged to a lead
  • Calls from your own SIM, on a number customers recognise
  • WhatsApp rules and campaigns inside the standard plan
  • ₹162 per user per month on the yearly plan

How does Dialmio compare with NeoDove?

A telecalling CRM and dialer sold mainly as annual bundles covering a set number of users, with a per-user enterprise tier above them. Each figure below comes from the vendor’s own published pages. NeoDove pricing was read on 7 September 2026; prices in this market shift, so verify before you commit.

Where NeoDove wins

  • A bundled annual price can work out cheaper than per-user pricing for a team that is already at the size the bundle covers.
  • A long track record in Indian telecalling with a large installed base and plenty of published customer material to read.
  • Campaign-style calling features aimed at teams whose day is structured around working assigned lists.

Where Dialmio wins

  • A free dialer, then one price for everything. The dialer is free forever. The CRM is ₹162 per user per month on the yearly plan, with call tracking, recording on supported phones, lead automation, reminders and WhatsApp included rather than split across tiers.
  • Every call becomes a record. Incoming, outgoing and missed calls all land against a lead, so the call log and the CRM are one thing rather than two systems someone has to reconcile.
  • Your own SIM and number. Calls go out through the phone SIM, so customers see a normal mobile number, answer it, and can ring it back to reach the same person.
  • The app in 40 languages. Each caller picks their own language, worded the way people speak, so a new joiner understands the screen from the first hour.

Worth checking before you choose

  • Ask what the bundle covers and what happens at the boundary, because a plan sized for a set number of users is expensive at one caller over that line.
  • Ask which capabilities sit in the bundle and which are on the higher tier, since bundle pricing tends to hide tier boundaries.
  • Get the renewal price in writing rather than the first-year price, which is the figure that actually recurs.

A bundle can be good value at exactly the team size it was drawn for, and poor value on either side of it. Dialmio charges for the people who sign in and nothing else, which is simply a different shape: worth comparing at your real headcount today and at the headcount you expect in a year.

Cases where NeoDove, or another tool, is the stronger choice

  • A contact centre of fifty or more seats working cold lists, where dialing several lines at once over virtual numbers really does yield more conversations an hour than one SIM per person.
  • A business whose main need is inbound routing: an advertised number with an IVR menu, queues and hold music is cloud telephony work, and Dialmio does not do it.
  • A team whose callers carry iPhones. Dialmio replaces the phone dialer, which only Android allows, so there is no iPhone app.

What do teams who moved say?

No virtual number to rent, no per-minute bill, nothing to explain to the accountant. The calls cost what they always cost. The software cost is the whole cost.

We had fourteen fields in the old sheet and used three. There are four here and all four get filled, because they appear at the only moment anyone is willing to fill them.

My four callers use the same handsets they always did. Nothing was bought, nothing was ported, and by Tuesday the call sheet I used to chase every evening was just there.

Questions

What do people ask before switching from NeoDove?

Is Dialmio cheaper than NeoDove?

NeoDove publishes Bundled annual plans rather than a single per-user rate. The pricing page blocked automated reading on the day we checked, so confirm the current figure with the vendor before comparing, so compare the total once every caller and any add-on is counted. Dialmio is ₹162 per user per month on the yearly plan with the full feature set included. Checked 7 September 2026.

Can I move my data from NeoDove?

Yes. Export your leads to Excel or CSV, import them into Dialmio and map your own columns once. Numbers that already exist are matched and merged rather than added twice, so a customer with history does not become two records.

Does Dialmio use my own SIM or VoIP?

Your own SIM. The call goes out from the phone in the caller hand and shows your own number, which is why answer rates in India stay higher than on rented VoIP numbers. There is no per-minute telephony bill, because the calls run on the mobile plan you already pay for.

What does NeoDove do better?

A bundled annual price can work out cheaper than per-user pricing for a team that is already at the size the bundle covers. If that is the deciding factor for your team, they are a reasonable choice, and we would rather say so here than have you find out after paying.

Who should not switch to Dialmio?

A contact centre running fifty or more seats on cold outbound lists, where predictive dialing over virtual numbers genuinely produces more conversations per hour than one SIM per person can, and any business whose main need is routing inbound calls through an IVR menu.

Does Dialmio need a virtual number or cloud telephony?

No. Each call goes over the SIM in the handset, so the customer sees the same mobile number they have always known, and the call is charged on the mobile plan that phone is already on. There is nothing to rent, no IVR to configure and no telephony bill at the end of the month.

Is Dialmio a call tracker or a CRM?

Both, inside one record. A bare call tracker tells an owner how many calls were made. A CRM tells the team what was discussed and what comes next. Dialmio logs the call and pins the outcome, the note, the follow-up and the WhatsApp to the same lead, so tracking and selling share one screen instead of two tools.

Is Dialmio cheaper than other call management software in India?

Usually, once WhatsApp and reporting are added up. Published Indian prices for this kind of tool sit anywhere from about 100 to 800 rupees per user per month, and a few charge WhatsApp separately or reserve reports for a dearer plan. The fair comparison is the yearly figure for your actual caller count, with everything you plan to use included.

What is Dialmio?

Dialmio is a call management CRM: an Android app that turns each call a salesperson makes, picks up or misses into a lead record carrying an outcome, a note and a follow-up date, paired with a web dashboard where the owner watches the whole team as the day runs. Calls travel over the SIM inside each phone.

What happens to my data when the subscription ends?

Nothing is erased over a lapsed payment. Every lead, call and note stays in the account, and only the calling features pause until a plan is active again, so renewing late costs no history.

How much does Dialmio cost?

Dialmio costs ₹162 per user each month on the yearly plan, or ₹249 on the three-month plan, taxes extra. Both billing periods include the whole product: call tracking, the auto dialer, the lead record, reminders, WhatsApp rules and the owner dashboard, with no cap on leads or calls. The first three days are free and no card is taken. Prices checked October 2026.

Buying from a vendor who does not publish a plain rate

What to do when the price is not on the page

What does NeoDove cost?

They sell annual bundles for a set number of users rather than a single per-user rate, and on the day we checked their pricing page did not yield a figure to automated reading. That is not an accusation, it is simply the state of it: get the current number from them directly and treat any figure quoted on a third-party page, this one included, as unverified.

How do I compare a bundle against a per-seat price?

Divide the bundle by the seats you will genuinely fill, not by the seats it covers. A plan sold for ten users bought for four costs two and a half times its headline per person. Then add anything priced separately, and only then set it beside a per-seat figure.

What should I ask before signing an annual bundle?

What the total is for your exact headcount, what happens if that headcount falls in March, whether the rate holds at renewal, and what is excluded from the bundle and priced on top. Get all four in writing; a bundle is the shape of deal where those answers matter most.

Is a bundle ever the better buy?

Yes, when you are certain of the headcount it was priced for. If you are hiring to ten this quarter and know it, a bundle built for ten can be genuinely competitive. If ten is an ambition rather than a fact, you are paying for optimism.

Checked on 7 September 2026. Where a figure is absent here it is because none was published clearly, not because we chose to leave it out.

How to proceed either way

You are hiring to the bundle size this quarter.

Get the quote and compare properly. At the headcount a bundle was priced for it can be genuinely competitive, and campaign tooling suits high-volume outbound. Buying for the team you will certainly have is reasonable.

You are four people and might be six by Diwali.

Per seat. A bundle prices your intentions. Per-seat billing lets you add somebody the week they start and stop paying the week they leave, which is what you already expect from a phone connection.

You cannot get a straight number out of anybody.

Treat that as information. How a vendor behaves before you pay is the best available preview of how they behave afterwards. A published rate you can check without a conversation is worth something on its own.

What was checked, and what was not

  • We attempted to read NeoDove published pricing on 7 September 2026 and could not obtain a clear figure by automated reading, which is recorded on this page rather than filled in with an estimate.
  • Dialmio figures are the ones on our own pricing page and in this page structured data.

What this page does not claim

  • We make Dialmio and sell per seat, so a page about the drawbacks of bundles is written by an interested party.
  • The absence of a figure here is a statement about what we could verify, not a claim that their pricing is unreasonable. Ask them.

The short version

  • NeoDove sells annual bundles for a set number of users rather than a single per-user rate.
  • Divide any bundle by the seats you will actually fill, not by the seats it covers.
  • A ten-user plan bought for four costs two and a half times its headline figure per person.
  • Four questions before signing a bundle: total at your headcount, what happens if it falls, the renewal rate, and what is priced on top.
  • Dialmio publishes 162 rupees per user per month with no minimum seat count.
