Is the software costing more per caller than the calls do?

Dialmio: the Callyzer alternative for Indian calling teams on their own SIM

Dialmio is a Callyzer alternative that logs every call on your own SIM for ₹162 per user a month; where Callyzer is stronger is stated below.

Three days free, nothing locked, no card.

What is the best Callyzer alternative in India?

Dialmio is a Callyzer alternative built for Indian teams of roughly two to fifty callers who want every call on the record without cloud telephony. Dialmio replaces the Android phone dialer, so incoming, outgoing and missed calls are all logged against a lead with an outcome, a note and a follow-up captured in two taps when the call ends, and missed calls become a callback queue rather than a lost number. Calls go out through the SIM already in the phone, so the customer sees an ordinary mobile number and answers it. WhatsApp is part of the product rather than a separate line on the invoice, covering messages on call outcomes, campaigns and a shared reply inbox. The app runs in 40 languages, chosen per caller. Dialmio costs ₹162 per user per month on the yearly plan with every feature included. Callyzer publishes From ₹175 per phone number per month on Basic, and ₹275 per phone number per month on Basic plus Lead.

In short

  • Incoming, outgoing and missed calls all logged to a lead
  • Calls from your own SIM, on a number customers recognise
  • WhatsApp rules and campaigns inside the standard plan
  • ₹162 per user per month on the yearly plan

Where Callyzer wins

  • The entry price is genuinely low if all a business needs is call tracking and reporting rather than a CRM around it.
  • Pricing per phone number is easy to understand and easy to start with for a small team.
  • A fifteen day free trial covering five numbers, which is longer than most and enough to see a real fortnight of calling.

Where Dialmio wins

  • A free dialer, then one price for everything. The dialer is free forever. The CRM is ₹162 per user per month on the yearly plan, with call tracking, recording on supported phones, lead automation, reminders and WhatsApp included rather than split across tiers.
  • Every call becomes a record. Incoming, outgoing and missed calls all land against a lead, so the call log and the CRM are one thing rather than two systems someone has to reconcile.
  • Your own SIM and number. Calls go out through the phone SIM, so customers see a normal mobile number, answer it, and can ring it back to reach the same person.
  • The app in 40 languages. Each caller picks their own language, worded the way people speak, so a new joiner understands the screen from the first hour.

Published price: ₹162 per user per month on the yearly plan

Worth checking before you choose

  • Lead management sits on the higher plan, so compare Basic plus Lead rather than Basic if you want a pipeline as well as call counts.
  • Several capabilities are separately priced add-ons, including Google Sheet integration, lead capture forms, IndiaMART and recording storage, so build the real monthly figure from the ones you would switch on.
  • Pricing is per phone number rather than per user, which changes the arithmetic for anybody carrying two numbers.

Where the only question is how many calls happened, a tracker settles it for less than any CRM costs. The move usually comes a quarter later, when an owner has the volume figures and still cannot say which customers were promised something, and a lead record with a callback queue behind it starts mattering more than the count did.

Cases where Callyzer, or another tool, is the stronger choice

  • A contact centre of fifty or more seats working cold lists, where dialing several lines at once over virtual numbers really does yield more conversations an hour than one SIM per person.
  • A business whose main need is inbound routing: an advertised number with an IVR menu, queues and hold music is cloud telephony work, and Dialmio does not do it.
  • A team whose callers carry iPhones. Dialmio replaces the phone dialer, which only Android allows, so there is no iPhone app.

What do teams who moved say?

My four callers use the same handsets they always did. Nothing was bought, nothing was ported, and by Tuesday the call sheet I used to chase every evening was just there.

Two of my callers only work the season. Putting them on for a quarter and taking them off again took one WhatsApp message, no paperwork.

The record opens when the phone rings. My newest caller knew the customer had asked for a 2 BHK on the third floor before she said hello.

Questions

What do people ask before switching from Callyzer?

Is Dialmio cheaper than Callyzer?

Callyzer publishes From ₹175 per phone number per month on Basic, and ₹275 per phone number per month on Basic plus Lead. Dialmio is ₹162 per user per month on the yearly plan with WhatsApp, call tracking and the auto dialer included. For a five-person team that is roughly ₹875 a month against ₹810. Compare the renewal price rather than the first-year price, and check what each plan includes for your team size. Checked 7 September 2026.

Can I move my data from Callyzer?

Yes. Export your leads to Excel or CSV, import them into Dialmio and map your own columns once. Numbers that already exist are matched and merged rather than added twice, so a customer with history does not become two records.

Does Dialmio use my own SIM or VoIP?

Your own SIM. The call goes out from the phone in the caller hand and shows your own number, which is why answer rates in India stay higher than on rented VoIP numbers. There is no per-minute telephony bill, because the calls run on the mobile plan you already pay for.

What does Callyzer do better?

The entry price is genuinely low if all a business needs is call tracking and reporting rather than a CRM around it. If that is the deciding factor for your team, they are a reasonable choice, and we would rather say so here than have you find out after paying.

Who should not switch to Dialmio?

A contact centre running fifty or more seats on cold outbound lists, where predictive dialing over virtual numbers genuinely produces more conversations per hour than one SIM per person can, and any business whose main need is routing inbound calls through an IVR menu.

Does Dialmio need a virtual number or cloud telephony?

No. Each call goes over the SIM in the handset, so the customer sees the same mobile number they have always known, and the call is charged on the mobile plan that phone is already on. There is nothing to rent, no IVR to configure and no telephony bill at the end of the month.

Is there a monthly plan?

The shortest term is three months, at ₹249 per user per month, and the yearly term drops that to ₹162, tax extra on both. A common route is to begin on the three-month term and change to yearly at the first renewal.

Are there per-call or per-lead charges?

None. The per-user monthly subscription is the entire software cost. Your mobile operator bills the calls as it always has, and your WhatsApp API provider bills the messages it sends; Dialmio takes no cut of either.

What is Dialmio?

Dialmio is a call management CRM: an Android app that turns each call a salesperson makes, picks up or misses into a lead record carrying an outcome, a note and a follow-up date, paired with a web dashboard where the owner watches the whole team as the day runs. Calls travel over the SIM inside each phone.

How much does Dialmio cost?

Dialmio costs ₹162 per user each month on the yearly plan, or ₹249 on the three-month plan, taxes extra. Both billing periods include the whole product: call tracking, the auto dialer, the lead record, reminders, WhatsApp rules and the owner dashboard, with no cap on leads or calls. The first three days are free and no card is taken. Prices checked October 2026.

Is Dialmio cheaper than other call management software in India?

Usually, once WhatsApp and reporting are added up. Published Indian prices for this kind of tool sit anywhere from about 100 to 800 rupees per user per month, and a few charge WhatsApp separately or reserve reports for a dearer plan. The fair comparison is the yearly figure for your actual caller count, with everything you plan to use included.

Counting the calls, and knowing what happened on them

Updated 30 July 2026

The questions underneath this comparison

Why is Callyzer priced per number rather than per user?

Because it is measuring phone numbers, not seats. That makes it simple to start with, from 175 rupees a month per number, and simple to reason about while one person carries one number. It stops being simple the moment a number is shared between two people or somebody carries two.

Is Callyzer a CRM?

It is a call tracker with reporting, which is a different product shelved beside CRMs. A tracker answers how much calling happened and by whom. What it leaves you doing is holding the pipeline somewhere else, which for most businesses means the spreadsheet is still open next to it.

What should I check before choosing between them?

Whether you get a lead record with your own stages, whether a missed call becomes a callback somebody is prompted about, and whether a follow-up rings at an agreed time. Those three are the difference between a record of calls and a way of working, and they are worth confirming on their site rather than taking from ours.

Which is right for a small business?

If the owner only wants proof the team is dialling, Callyzer costs less and answers exactly that. If enquiries are going cold and nobody can say what was promised on Tuesday, counting the calls will confirm the problem exists without touching it.

This is not a feature count. The two answer different questions, and the table is arranged to make that visible.

Callyzer figures read from their own published pages on 7 September 2026. The entry plan is the smallest tier, so check its limits.

Which job are you buying for

You want proof the team is on the phone.

Callyzer, and spend less. Visibility over volume is exactly what a tracker exists for, and buying a full record system to answer one question is paying for screens nobody opens.

Enquiries go quiet and nobody knows why.

Dialmio. Volume was never the issue. A tracker will show you the calls happened and leave you no wiser about what was promised, which is what decides whether the customer returns.

You already run a tracker beside a spreadsheet.

Replace both with one thing. Paying twice to reconcile two versions of one afternoon is the most expensive arrangement in this category, and almost nobody chose it deliberately.

How this page was checked

  • Callyzer pricing and its per-number model were read from their own published pages on 7 September 2026.
  • The capability rows say check with vendor rather than no, because we can only see what they publish and guessing about a rival in public is how these pages go wrong.

What this page does not claim

  • We make Dialmio, and this page recommends Callyzer for the one case we cannot serve more cheaply.
  • We have not run Callyzer as a customer, so the description of what it is for comes from what they publish.

The short version

  • Callyzer prices per phone number from 175 rupees a month; Dialmio prices per seat at 162 rupees per user per month.
  • Per-number pricing is simplest when one person carries one number and awkward when numbers are shared.
  • A call tracker answers how much calling happened; it does not answer what was said or what happens next.
  • Businesses running a tracker beside a spreadsheet are paying twice for half a system.
  • Both tools work from the SIM in an ordinary Android handset.
